I traveled with my grandson. We have been here a few times. We try to get to short sand/union bluff about 4 times a year and are never disappointed. We’ve had meals there that have been mouth watering. Looking forward to trying different options next time. Having a smaller tourist area within walking distance is a plus. But being able to sit on the patio right across from the ocean is and always will be our favorite experience. And these two nuts will venture across the street and jump into the water regardless of what the weather is like!

I did experience one meal experience that could have been better. The food itself was excellent but my lobster roll could have been warmer. On a good note, this was the first time my grandson tasted lobster and he said he would definitely eat it again.

Most staff were wonderful,. Excellent room so clean. Beautiful views of ocean . So close. Breakfast FREE was great and gentleman stocking food friendly and helpful. Would love to go back maybe not eat in bar.

Unfort ate at restraunt first night food excellent and servers even better. Second night stay went back to eat and enjoy Bruins playoff game. Bartender changed tv to newyork basketball game. Big New England sports fans . server tried to change station bartender would not let her.Said ww can see it on another tv which happened to be behind me. NOT FUNNY paid for apps and one drink too bad planned on staying for game and enjoying dinner, drinks. Weird how one bad thing can ruin a trip. We were so excited to actually be at a bar and watch playoff game. I will think twice for returning.

Proximity to the ocean front!!! Fabulous. Very clean, well maintained space.

I was there in the middle of a beautiful September; very sorry to see ugly Halloween decorations (already) taking away from the beautiful setting. One doesn’t expect to see ugliness like that in such a lovely hotel. If it didn’t take away from my overall experience it certainly didn’t enhance it. Do also think that was a vacuum cleaner in the hall that wakened me before dawn one morning…. ?

Perfect location for beachside getaway. The rooms are spacious and modern and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Added bonus - pub and restaurant on first floor! Really enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Additional parking is up a hill and in the back of the hotel. The lot is sandy dirt with huge rocks jutting up in places. Not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient.

I love the location. We go to the zoo every year so this year we decided to stay in a room and we were right on the beach, close to all the stores and walking distance from the zoo. The room was very clean and big enough for 4 of us. I loved that we over looked the beach and that there were sun chairs in the grass for people to relax on. The breakfast here was great and we got served fast, just a little on the pricey side for breakfast but over all we had a great stay!

The room was quite spacious and well appointed. It was also very clean and we had a second floor ocean facing room with a fabulous view. The restaurant/pub downstairs offers good food and drink, so you don't have to go very far if you don't want to.

The weather was cold and rainy most of the time, but that's an uncontrollable factor. We had trouble with our TV twice and had to call for the maintenance man who hated TVs and the ocean, which we found amusing considering where he worked.

Obviously, the location and view. Everything was so convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing and family oriented. Great value and had everything needed in the bathroom ( LOVED the make-up towel). Coffee maker convenient too. Had 2 issues in the room ( TV and hairdryer), and both were taken care of immediately. So close to Nubble Lighthouse too was great.

The website nor check-in said breakfast was only offered Fri.-Sun. In the past, it was 7 days. Got down there first morning ( Wed.) and found out no breakfast. When asked what other options, they told us some place down the highway that required the car. Luckily, we found Molly O's, one block away. It was one of our favorites and food was great. Might need a couple more Adirondack chairs on the front grassy area. Would have loved if screen door had some sort of lock to feel comfortable leaving door open.

LOVED the location proximity to the beach. Beach was very beautiful, clean, and sandy.

There was nothing that we did not like about this property. Except…we were told there were no lord rooms to extend our stay another night. Later checked online and there were several 🤷‍♀️

Property was nice, just absolutely not about customer experience or service. Just get them checked in and hope they dont need to bother us attitude. Room AC needs a cleaning and upgrade…… on lowest setting was just cool. And only one unit. Nothing in bathroom as far as air vent. Main Room can use a ceiling fan. We were in the meeting house. Parking is terrible, need more spots.

We had a beautiful 5th floor room the size of an apartment. Large bedroom area, living area, kitchenette area, dining table, and a cute little nook on the corner with windows all around, as well as seating and a second television. There was a small balcony with gorgeous ocean views. The balcony would be a little tight if the neighbors were out on theirs too, but they rarely stepped out onto theirs.

Very little. Breakfast was complimentary, so a feast can't expected, though it would have been nice to have options other than heating up a breakfast sandwich, or bread, fruit or cereal products. But that's a minor deal because there's a pub downstairs with very good food and a wide variety of beer and cocktails from which to choose. Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger but another minor thing.
