Great location, safe building, parking spots included. Balcony with table and chairs was so nice! Lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for girls weekend away.

WiFi didn’t really work. Basic cable available, it would’ve been great to have Firestick in the smart tv to access Netflix etc.

Off season rates are amazing. Huge condo with awsome views. Right above a fantastic coffee shop as well. Love when I’m able to get a booking.

Parking lot is a little tight with larger suv or trucks. Wish there was a hot tub out on the roof deck but still fine with out.

The penthouse was impeccably clean, with lots of windows and a deck that wrapped all the way around the apartment. Kennebunk is quiet but interesting with decent places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!

We lost the water pressure the last day we were there- probably a fluke and related to something in town. I'm sure if we had stayed that day the building manager would have addressed it for us.

Perfect location, right in the center of town and above a fantastic coffee shop. Super comfy beds and sofas, well-stocked kitchen.

There was a slight smell- we think it might have been from the heater? But we cracked the windows a bit to let it out. And it wasn’t bad enough to keep us from wanting to come back!

Conveniently located. More than enough room for a family of six. All amenities included, couldn’t ask for more, just like a home away from home!

Loved the kitchen- very spacious and well provisioned. Had everything I needed to cook. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. Pull out couch had a comfortable mattress.

Would be nice if check-in codes could be texted rather than emailed, if one prefers that.

The rugs in the unit need replacement as they were old and worn. Other than that everything was excellent.
