Proximity to town a the Boathouse Restaurant.

Bar was closed! Part of the reason I come to Kennebunkport an stay at the inn was to spend time at the beautiful bar at Christmas! So disappointing that it’s closed the last few times I was there. Also the breakfast was awful.

I don't eat much for breakfast, but I appreciated the availability of the yogurt etc. The orange juice was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable as well! I am a picky pillow person and these were great!

Honestly, I think the only thing I would have changed was I didn't have any hangers in the closet. But other than that, perfect - I didn't require hangers this weekend!

Beautiful property inside and out! Gorgeous flowers outside and amazing decor inside! The breakfast (included) was very nice. Quiche, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. We were given access to cold water bottles, juices, yogurt, milk all day. The bar and restaurant areas were so pretty! Both inside and outside! The Happy Hour (4PM-5PM) offered great specials. All staff were very friendly and helpful!

While we were there, the weather was incredibly hot! The A/C did not seem to be functioning well and the AC was a little loud as well. We did not bring this to any staff member’s attention. I think once we got up and moving we forgot to tell them.

Excellent location right in the middle of Kennebunkport. Cozy room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Attentive staff. Restaurant and bar onsite. Lots of places inside and out to sit and relax. Overall very charming.

Very expensive. Typical minor inconveniences when staying in an old building: bathroom was tiny, outlets weren’t convenient/working properly, hot water took awhile to kick in, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Location, Inn was beautifully decorated. Nice size room.

The garbage in the bathroom from the previous customers was still there. The heating system was very frustrating and does not work properly. The thermostats DO not show the correct temperature in both the bedroom and bath. It took us two days to figure how to make the room comfortable. It was stifling. We had to turn off the heat in the bathroom and for the bedroom we had to turn it to 40 degrees.

We loved the location which was close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space for our clothes. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted us on our arrival.

We were disappointed with the help yourself breakfast. We expected a better choice and quality of food.

Very comfortable, excellent location and staff was friendly and professional. Luca was exceptional! He jumped to attention every time we came out to go somewhere or returned from exploring and he made sure our spot for the car was right in front of the hotel. He helped with our luggage and was welcoming and friendly. It was a very pleasant vacation.

If you’re there for a longer stay…there is no elevator, breakfast is limited; they serve the same few things every day, the restaurant/bar is closed 2 days a week and there is no daily housekeeping to freshen your room. The room and bathroom were pretty small. There was a window air unit wedged at a funky angle in the closet to cool the room and that was loud.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were courteous. We loved sitting on the porch in the Adirondack chairs. It was a great location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We didn’t use our car at all during our stay. We walked everywhere and we also really enjoyed using the bikes. We rode all the way to the Bush compound. The scenery is incredible and I especially enjoyed riding up and down all the side streets to look at the both the historic and newer homes.

The rooms and bathrooms are small and the air conditioner was very loud.

The offerings for breakfast were varied and we enjoyed the smoothies, granola and the oatmeal very much! Some fruit would have been nice, but we left feeling full and satisfied . Love the 24/7 tea as well. Very much appreciated!

It would have been nice if the gondolas were available- didn’t really see it offered on the website. Other than that - we enjoyed the location, tye stsff, the beds, and the overall coziness.😉😉😉
