Love the cupola room, excellent and extremely spacious. The decor was beautiful and modern. the upper attic room was really cool, although very hot in the daytime and the chairs were uncomfortable to sit in. But, overall the space was wonderful.

The shower ceiling was very low and the space small, especially with my husband being 6'2''. But, overall great and cute. The upper room was beautiful but very warm during the day, theres no AC or flow of air up there. The breakfast was nice although more of a continental style, not much in the area of protein options...had hardboiled eggs and some mini frittatas but they ran out about halfway through breakfast time.

Just a short walk to shopping restaurants. Beautiful, historic home, our room had stairs to the cupola where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning.

The narrow, steep, twisting staircase was beautiful but one rail was partially embedded in the wall so couldn't really be held on to. Going up with my suitcase, handbag, jacket and extra sweater was precarious to say the least. The check-in person offered to help with carrying but in this case offering is not enough there should be someone to actually do it- no questions asked.

First and foremost I would like to say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in all my years of travelling to various countries around the world. My mother and I were visiting from Ireland and unfortunately due to the train station being located at Wells, we required a taxi to and from the station. We were initially advised Uber would work in that area but it did not and we were told after this by the hotel that they were notoriously unreliable. We successfully managed to get to the property after calling a local taxi at the train station. We also ensured to arrange a taxi to take us back to the train station with plenty of notice. 30 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive, the hotel was called to let us know they would be a few minutes late only and not to worry as we would still make our train. 25 minutes later no sign and I spoke to the lady working there. When I asked if they gave an ETA as our train was booked back to Boston in less than 30 minutes, she was shocked and immediately sprung into action. She attempted to contact back the taxi company who now were not answering. She straight away got in touch with her general manager, Kristin, who had no hesitation to take us to the train station at Wells asap. We made the train with 2 minutes to spare and to be honest besides the helpful nature of the staff throughout our stay which I was going to highly commend, the actions of the staff and the lengths they went to to help us in our situation were amazing and I was so grateful for their kindness. Besides all this drama, we encountered various staff during our stay including the lovely Megan and Tasha. Both were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola and a variety of breads. The offerings were very healthy and tasted great too. Also, the drink station was a nice touch and the evening salted cookies were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy and in a beautiful location.

Some more information when checking in what to expect as I was trying to ring a doorbell outside when you could get inside and ring a bell on the desk. Waking early at 6am each day due to the brightness - black out blinds would make this place perfect.

The Studio Cabin was quiet and has a cozy layout with a nice sitting area for reading . The bed was very comfortable. You can control the heat in the main room and bathroom. The fireplace was a plus adding to the coziness on a gray, rainy day in early spring. Very good coffee and tea. flavorful simple but good selection for breakfast. Great location for walking around the village. The hosts and staff were very friendly making our stay relaxing.

Great location a brief walk from shops and restaurants. Cozy decor with fireplace in the lobby/ gathering space and comfortable room.

The front desk is not manned, but someone does come if called. Breakfast begins a little late at 8 am. Would have been great if there were a couple things on hand for early risers, like bananas, yogurts, or protein bars.

Terrific quiet location less than 5 minute walk to adorable town shops and restaurants. Room 14 in main house had extremely comfortable king bed plus private deck that was even larger than the room and private fire pit area! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wider breakfast selections would have been nice, though it was a good spread (just very limited protein options)

Breakfast was very good. Many choices of healthy food and milk. Fresh berries, yogurt, fruit options. Granola, bagels, English muffin options. Having one level was very convenient.

The floors were not level in unit no 1 and low bed and ceilings heights. Could have used more cabinet space for clothes.

The facility was nice and clean. The outdoor seating was a nice feature. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent each day. The location was very good; close to shops and quiet.

The main house has no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. Difficult to carry luggage upstairs.

Scary bedframe with sharp corners that you had to be extra vigilant about in the middle of the night, and the bathroom door that looked like it had been fixed a few times, but still didn't hang correctly.

This was a quaint B&B on a beautiful quiet street a few blocks from the ocean and from Dock Square. We loved having bikes at our disposal. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations of things to do in the area.
