The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking conveniently located right next to the Inn which makes unloading and loading a breeze. Location is great, as it is a short walk to the beach, or to the center of town with all the shops, rides and arcade games. The staff is great. Very friendly and very helpful with everything. I stayed in room 19 which has a king bed, queen bed and futon along with a kitchenette. I would definitely stay again.

Only negative comment is they were having issues with the WiFi, but then again nobody goes to the beach to watch TV, so it was not a major issue for me.

Excellent location; just about on the beach and a short walk to restaurants, the amusement rides and festive stands, a very friendly & helpful staff, and for a great price. We needed a room to stay in overnight, one that we would be in for a very short period of time, that was not too far to our destination of meeting with other friends to enjoy the surroundings of Old Orchard Beach.

Door to the room had an inch or so opening at the bottom of it, the door to the little deck opened on its own while we slept, the curtain to one window was challenging to lift & pull down, and it was tough to park though we appreciated having a "designated" spot. Otherwise it was in an excellent location.

Location is top notch - right at the beach, no streets to cross. We walked a short side street that ran through the property. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and neat, our 2 bedroom apartment had full appliances and a table, plus 2 separate decks to people watch, one looking toward the ocean and one to the street. And they were very accommodating with our request to check in slightly early, so we could take full advantage of the beach.

The exterior is not reflective of the interior, they have done a lot inside for comfort.

The location is amazing, right behind the Brunswick, steps to the beach. The 2 bedrooms appartement has everything you need for nice stay. Full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker etc, small living room with futon and flat screen tv, master bedroom with a comfy king size bed, A/C, flat screen tv, big closet. The other bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, (3 double beds and 1 twin) and a flat screen tv too. The bathroom is a nice size with a shower only. We were 5 adults and never ran out of hot water. There is outdoor furniture, access to a BBQ and a smoker. For us it was mainly a place to sleep as we spent our days on the beach but we really enjoyed this place!!!

The location to the beach was amazing. Staff was extremely accommodating. They upgraded our room which we greatly appreciated. They let me store my bags until room was ready. Stayed in the Fiat room and it was a great apartment size room. Beds were comfortable. Room Was clean parking was adequate and only steps to the beach.

Only complaint was I could smell cigarette smoke in the rooms and for a non smoker it's an obvious unpleasant smell, but they can't always control who smokes.

Great location and very clean facility. Bed was comfortable. I actually could see the ocean from my balcony. It was well insulated and outside noise was minimal, I think I only heard interior noise twice in four full days. This is an ideal spot to see most of the OOB action or just sleep 15 hours a day. The hot water is hot. I would stay again.

I wasn't bothered by these things but it is mid renovation and there's some unfinished work here and there as of my stay. Some might dislike the rustic nature of the place but it was very, very relaxing. Pre-checkin communication.

I like the location to the beach. It was visible from our balcony, and we were able to safely walk there without any issues. The room was small for two adults and a 60lb dog, but it was on the top floor, had a private balcony and we were unable to hear most of the outdoor commotion throughout the night. I was pleased with how easy check in and checkout was and both ladies I spoke with were very pleasant. This location was just down from the pier and the main street so walking to any shops was easy. I would say this room was more so for someone who was going to be gone all day as the table was outside and other than one chair inside you had to sit on the bed. Again we were on the top floor, I do not know what the other rooms were like.

We had a great stay! The hosts Daniel and Shannon were very nice and welcoming. We had made a reservation for a room that was much smaller than anticipated and they were kind enough to upgrade us to a room that was better suited for a family of 4. The room was large and had many windows, with a nice view and 2 A/Cs (one in the living area and one in the large bedroom). Very comfortable.

Maybe the shower curtains and backsplash need a bit of love, but it was clean and all in all, still really worth the stay when you think of all the positives.

The room was really clean, and painted in an ocean theme, perfect for a room on the beach. The bed was very soft, and very comfortable. I normally can't sleep on a flat bed without getting back pain, and I had no such problems here. The room had a nice kitchen, and was very spacious, especially for the money...this was a great value. Shannon was very attentive and helpful. Also, the hotel was a very short walk to the pier.
