The staff was excellent. They answered all questions satisfactorily and were pleasant and customer focused. The manager offered to clean up when our kids accidentally broke a glass in the parking lot. The pool was clean and well kept. Our room was charming and clean. We felt safe and got some rest. It is a quiet location but close enough to walk to the beach (10-15minute walk.) I liked the breakfast. there was a lot to love!

One of our family members has Celiac and the breakfast options were limited for them to yogurt and fruit. However I brought gluten free bread products and a toaster sleeve which worked well instead.

Hotel was clean and comfortable for a few nights. The rooms had fridges and microwaves which was nice. We were in the first building on the top floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent; ran out of hot food during busy times between 8-9 so had to wait a while but they still had other food options. The pool was clean and very quiet. I was usually the only person at the pool even on a Saturday in July! Close walk to pier and beach but away enough to be quiet. For the price, this place is definitely worth it. It is an older building and the rooms reflect that but overall our stay was great.

The doors were a bit confusing; the doors on the front of the building were locked from the inside so we had to walk around back to get in but the back door was closed off as they were repainting the stairs. We figured it out but different doors were open/locked each time we came and went. The bed was very small for two people and not the most comfortable. Only 2 pillows were in the room but we requested more and the staff actually brought two more up to our room.

Location was ideal and the Suite large and comfortable. The suite is perfect for a family. There is an AC unit and plenty of windows. The bathroom was very clean and we had all kitchen equipment to cook meals and picnic for our stay. We were a 10 minutes walk away from the beach, yet we were far enough to not be disturb by the sounds of the attractions. The staff was available and very kind. Breakfast was on point and could be taken on a little patio. We loved the nostalgic atmosphere or the Inn and its history. A real Old Orchard experience !

The room was extremely clean but there was a strong smell from the rug’s cleaning product and age. We got use to it after airing the appartment for a few days. It could eventually be replaced. If so, the Inn would absolutely perfect in every point !

My mom and I stayed there overnight on a Friday and we absolutely loved our time there . The beautiful amazing old fashion life you feel there . Everyone who worked there couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating . I even was taken care of by them and helping out so that my elderly mom would be happy and comfortable. They went over and beyond . Their continental breakfast was perfect , hot and many things to choose from . My mom and I sat in the room across from the breakfast in the most beautiful room . We felt like queens . You walk out the door and there is Old Orchard Beach and The Pier . All you have to do is park everything is right there . I have told everyone about this Elegant place . You need to experience it for yourself . You will amazed . My cousins are going Aug 15 . The pictures on the site are nothing . Go and be treated so wonderfully . Also , the prices are incredible

Loved everything

The breakfast was good, and the staff very nice. We asked if we could get a first floor room for easier mobility, and they helped us out!

We went down to the beach area, to get a little food, and to look around where the rides are, around 6pm. It was very busy and we only stayed for a little while. The majority of parking lots were pretty pricey, like everything else there, so we ended up parking a little further away on the street where it wasn’t as busy. We were in a handicapped spot with my permit, where we had parked in the morning, and walked down with our walkers. Unfortunately, I ended up with a ticket for over $50 because they only allow 30 min. for parking in the evening. So it cost us even more to park. That killed MY night!

The Inn was very cute and the staff were very nice. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the attractions, Pier and Ocean. In the past we stayed by the Ocean but the hotel wasn't as nice and it was overwhelming with people and noise. So to be at this location was just right!!!

Not that we didn't like it but our room was on the third floor so it was a lot of going up and down stairs, which my daughter didn't enjoy. But good exercise!

staff were very helpful, breakfast was fresh everyday/ woman who runs kitchen was always good for local recommendations and she was always hosptiable pool was great as an alternative to the very cold ocean.... the walk down to the ocean and pier was simple The Inn was only 6 small blocks up from the ocean. lots of little fun shops on the way to and from. watched the town fireworks from the front lawn. Playland amusement park down at pier was very good as well.

wi fi reception sometimes however was unpredictable- although my dtr who lives in portland me says reception in maine is always spotty.

The Old Orchard Beach Inn is located at the head of the street leading to the beach; it's literally a five minute walk to the ocean. There is also a swimming pool at their adjoining property if you don't want the ocean experience; they also provide breakfast.

The inn needs a key drop off. We were ready to leave around 8:00 a.m., but it took a few minutes to find someone to take our key. A drop box would be helpful to the visitors and the staff. If there was one we honestly didn't see it.

The breakfast was good and the staff there was helpful and friendly. My companion would have liked bacon instead of sausage every day. Also I’m glad we had good weather because I would not have liked to have had to walk two houses away for my breakfast in bad weather.

The stairs! Didn’t realize they would be so steep especially for older people. The door to our room sticking so much that we had to slam it to open and close it. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. Both sides of the bed had a lamp but you could only use one.

The Inn was very quaint. The breakfast was very good and the quiet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only chairs in the room were small old wooden chairs more for decor and ambience. It would have been nice to watch a little tv in a chair and not from the bed which was a good distance from it. If larger people need this Inn then they may consider other places. Small shower stall was ok for us but would be tough for larger folks. Although the bed was comfy for me, it was too soft for my husband who mostly slept on the floor. On Sunday we tried to get an extra blanket for more floor cushioning on the floor and there was no one to be found at the time.
