My friends and I stayed here this past weekend, we were there for two nights and we’re pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the rooms were. We booked 3 different types of rooms, all provided what we were expecting! This is not a five-star hotel so if you are a picky perfectionist, I would recommend staying elsewhere. This place is a hidden gem right in old Orchard! The staff is pleasant And really goes above and beyond to help you and make your stay as wonderful as possible! Huge, thank you to Sheena and Eric for all their Hard work! The pool is very clean and a perfect temperature. And we were also very impressed with the beautiful fire to outback! Along with the complementary grills for anyone to use! We will absolutely be staying here again!

The property was amazing, pool, with a little park for the kiddos, a beautiful place to have a fire with a short stone wall to sit on with some chairs, there was a grill to use and it felt like apartments with plenty of picnic tables that you could use on your own front yard area. You get your own personal parking space. The two bedroom sweet was wonderful with the kids and the staff was PERFECT. They showed up after hours to help with an AC, provide an additional fan, and then even got the fire built for us. I feel that this place was a hidden gem, and we will definitely be back 🫶🏻 especially since it was so affordable! It’s hard to travel and give kids a wonderful experience where everyone charges so much for so little these days, but this was right in our budget to be able to enjoy the entire trip :)

The property itself is mediocre. It’s clean, it’s updated, the rooms are spacious, the AC is amazing, the water gets Very Hot for relaxing baths/ showers. The playground & pool is nice, clean and kept up with. The Vibe of the place is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice, responsive, we had several guest gather together in the common area for social gatherings, conversation, just having a good time. We had no idea who these people are but everyone came together like a community to just enjoy everyone’s company including all the kids. I will Most definitely be staying here again. They even had Grilling areas. We very much loved grilling by the park and pool and just gathering with our family and new friends.

The only complaint I had is the walls were thin & our neighbors were extremely loud.

The location was cozy and quiet. The room was bigger than the photos showed and was very clean. We loved the trolly and took it everyday to the beach! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

There was no noticeable spot to stand for the trolly. A bench or gazebo would have been nice to have a spot to sit and wait for the trolly to come!

Very laid back atmosphere. Pool was very clean! We rented a half cabin and it had a cool porch and picnic table. Rooms were spacious and clean. Needs a little work on the outside but if you're not picky then no big deal. Great fire put for s'mores! Trolley comes right to the motel every half hour to the beach! Perfect! Nice staff!

This property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and offered help with anything we needed. More than accommodating would stay there when ever in area.

Very well maintained. Clean and neat. Trolley stop right in front of property every half hour and runs to boardwalk pier and downtown.

The staff was friendly, the pool was accommodating with a fence around it for my little guy who elopes, the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was spotty but I never reported the issue so can’t complain. They let our friends come back and swim in the pool even though they didn’t have a room there.

Excellent value, very clean. 2 bedroom cottage was a decent size (slightly larger and cleaner than a small cabin at Sebago Lake). Double beds in the rooms. (3 total) Free wifi, and we were able to connect our Amazon firestick to TV in the living room. Towels and one roll of toilet paper provided. Large fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, utensils in room (no microwave) One fan in cabin and one AC in each bedroom. Cute pool, didn't get to use due to bad weather.

It is a little bit outdated, but I didn't expect luxury accommodations, either. No TV's in the bedrooms. Not within walking distance to beach or arcade (also trolley service is provided during summer season)

Everything was easily accessible, pool was very cute, rooms were very quiet and relaxing. Trolley picked up from this location.

Only slight issue was when showering the water temp changed to very cold a few times but that could just be from multiple people using it at once.

The owner was very nice and asked how we liked it and we told him it was very set back and the room was very clean and fresh and the house keeper Miranda said I'd yoy need anything please let her know and the property was very clean and quite we will rent again if we go to old orchard again best place we were very happy
