Very close to the beach, like five or six minute walk. Far enough to be quiet but close enough to be an enjoyable walk. Rooms were clean, clean bedding and towels. There is a park behind the Inn which the kid and dog loved. Place is dog friendly which is amazing because it is not easy to find anyplace reasonably priced that takes animals. We loved it there and will stay there again, primarily because the price it great for the location!

Water pressure is very, very low in the shower. Room is a bit musty but not bad. There was also a funky smell while showering, but not a huge issue. One bed was a bit too soft, a little rough on the back but the other bed was more firm so not a big deal.

The room was clean. I wished it had a fan, although it had an AC but the only window was in the bathroom. Our room was much nicer than my brother's room and more updated. But I loved the fact that they put us beside each other. I would definitely go back. The other visitors were very friendly and we had a lot of fun chatting with them after we returned from our day at the beach. Loved it. And Ron was very helpful.

We loved that we had the surprise of an upgrade when we arrived. My kids were very happy they had their own beds. The cabin was cozy and in a great location. It was also a plus that there was a pool. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use it.

We stayed in cabin 9, and we stayed for a few nights, so it worked for us. But if you're looking to do upgrades, the bathroom was a little small.. Im not a tall person, and sitting to use the bathroom, my knees were touching the wall, and I had to sit sideways. Also, I would recommend moving the door to where the window is in the living/kitchen area so that the bedroom when you walk in has a door.. but like I said even with it the way it was, it worked for my family.

Our cottage was adorable, everything was very clean, the bed and futon were comfortable, and it was nice having a kitchenette as well. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating for our dogs. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to OOB. We will try to get a 2 bedroom cabin next time, (they were sold out by the time we booked) but we were still happy in the 1 bedroom!

It was the perfect size for 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the kitchenette. The pool was a great amenity. The beach lobster farm stand right next store great prices and friendly. The staff at the landings were very nice and helpful. The location is close enough to walk to the pier and the beach. We had a great time and at an affordable rate. We will be back!

There office was always closed and if we needed anything, it was very hard to get in touch with someone, especially since we are not from USA and our cell phone was not working there.

We stayed in one of the cottages… it was affordable and close to OOB, also close to aquaboggin and funtown/ splashtown. This was all you could expect in an older cottage, a few cosmetic discrepancies. Overall though, it fit this family of 5 and gave us a spot to lounge while kids were in bed. Has its own small deck.

The bathroom was a little small but personal preference doesn’t require a big bathroom… as long as the toilet works.

I really enjoy the convenience of the cottage's proximity to the beach and park, which are both within walking distance. However, the only issue that needs attention is the unreliable WiFi. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not functioning during our stay, which left my kids feeling a bit bored. In general, I would still recommend this place for families looking for a safe and pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic! The pool is nice and the layout of the facility was great for multiple family members staying in other rooms.

It would be nice to have some hooks to hang beach towels, coats, etc. Our room didn't have a closet and had no place to hang anything.

So convenient to stay so close to the pier. You could see the rollercoaster from the parking lot:) theres also a small path behind the inn that will get u to the beach in no time. Theres a convenience store/gas station and pizza near by. They are also pet friendly :) The beds were comfy thats also important because i have anxiety about staying overnight in a place and not being able to sleep.

There was some dust under the bed when we checked in and the hand sink was a little slow to drain but these were minor things. My family loved everything about this place.
