We really liked the staff and the cleanliness. The Kitchenettes and Kitchens are the game changers. The proximity to the beach was a pleasant surprise. The availability and free use of the pool and barbecue provided additional options for our vacation.

One of the nuances that somewhat affected the quality of our vacation was the beds, namely the mattresses (Standard Room with Kitchenette). In general, they were comfortable, but if two people sleep on this bed, then these mattresses sag quite a lot in the middle. Unfortunately there were no kettles available, they would have been a nice addition to the Kitchenettes and Kitchens. However, the most important "elephant in the room" was the train, the track of which runs right next to the motel. We understand that your motel has nothing to do with this train, but unfortunately this train was the only unpleasant factor.

Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious suite and nice pool. Loved the corn hole games in back yard. Microwave was powerful. K-Cups coffee maker was convenient. Plenty of towels.

Oven didn't work right. Maintenance man came and tested it. He said it worked fine. He was very friendly. But it took over an hour to bake fries that were supposed to bake in 10 minutes. Took over 2 hours to bake stuffed chicken, supposed to bake in 30 minutes. There was duct tape on outlets. Damage on the balcony, rotten wood.

The patio by the pool is wonderful! It’s so big and there is even a lounge area and two high top wicker tables with chairs for having a cocktail or two. Picnic tables right outside the rooms in the backside of motel and brand new grills. That was a nice way to save on eating out. Room is a luxury size with a kitchenette and full size fridge. Walking distance to ALL of the center attractions was amazing…3 minutes, maybe. Had a great time and will be back!

Wish there was a hot tub on site! Heated pool though at a motel is unheard of.

New pool, was super great to get a break from the crowded beach! Staff were super helpful and nice and even got us into our room hours before we expected!

The property was totally fine, zero issues with that. There was however, a lot of loud drunk folks passing by late at night but that’s to be expected this close to the boardwalk. If that kind of thing bothers you, maybe find a spot further down away from all the action. We were fine with the noise, just something to share.

We liked that it was very close to downtown. We literally closed about 500 ft and was in town.

The only thing we had a hard time understanding the staff during checkin. Then later that night the tv wouldn’t keep a signal. He did come to fix it but by then we decided we wasn’t going to be watch it. Don’t get me wrong the staff was really nice just the language barrier made it hard.

LOVE the location! so close to downtown, pier, and beach. but just far enough to escape the busy noise. was perfect for bringing things back to our room after shopping or dinner and then going back out. room was very clean and had a ton of amenities! microwave, stove top, fridge, dresser for clothes, closets! and the price was extremely reasonable. will definitely be back for future trips

We upgraded to a two bedroom suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. The Motel is situated in the heart of the OOB minutes by foot to the pier, at the same time very quiet as it is on a side street. From our balcony we could watch the town come to life as we had our morning coffee. The entire hotel was kept clean. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have enough time to go. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again. Air conditioning worked great and we were thankful for it.

The bathroom was very clean and functional but could use a facelift. You can see there have been a lot of recent updates to the property. The bathroom is probably on the to-do list.

We had a great time in OOB. The hotel was great. And it's so convenient to the downtown area a 5 min walk to everything. We got to the hotel earlier than check-in time. The hotel allowed us to park our car there so we were able to explore the town a little before getting into our room. In fact, we never moved our car till we checked out cause again everything is in walking distance. Everything about the hotel was exactly how we expected it to be from the photos on the website. We are certainly going to stay there again next year . Reading the reviews, I saw some complaints about the train being right behind the hotel. Well, the train runs through the town, so no matter where you stay, you're gonna hear it . Didn't bother us one bit and not a deal breaker in any way . The staff was very nice to us. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

The mattresses were not the greatest, but we had 2 double beds in our room, so we got creative and took the mattress off the other bed and put it on our bed, and that work out for us .

The best thing about this place is the location. It's right around the corner from the famous pier, many restaurants, arcade and most importantly for families the amusement park. We liked that the building was all cement because didn't have to worry about noise at all. We saw many reviews about the train noise but we barely heard it. The staff was also amazing and very helpful. We were very happy and will definitely be back next year.

The only complaint is that it needs a little bit of renovation but even then it wasn't anything significant enough to hinder our stay in any way.

Staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. We were able to park and head to the beach (5 min walk from the hotel) early in the day when we arrived. We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments on Foote St, which was about 10 mins walk from the beach, nice quiet street. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great little kitchen. Air conditioning was cold. Extra blanket and pillow for our son to sleep on the futon were great. Front desk staff was exceptional answering all of my questions before we were able to check in, and even personally came to the pool to let us know our room was ready. When we went back to the office on our morning of check out, staff was cleaning the pool and watering plants around the grounds. Everyone was always smiling! Below are our minor dislikes of the room only…but we would definitely stay again at the Seabreeze

We stayed in one of the apartments on Foote St. The apartment needs a few hooks by the door for coats and hats, and rug in the long hallway waking in. It would catch a lot of sand! The bathroom could also use a hook for a hand towel and a hook on the door for towels and clothes. The futon worked for our 5 year old…however it would not be ok for an adult to sleep on!
