Location was perfect. We were able to have a small gathering for my daughter there which was nice. The room was clean. A/c got nice and cold.

On the night of the 4th of July a women who identified her self as a manager (off duty as she was in plain clothes) started yelling at my husband as he pulled into a parking spot “saying you can’t park here” without even checking to see if he was a guest. Meanwhile our parking pass was visible in the front windshield. She assumed he was just a random person trying to park. She was visibly intoxicated and belligerent. That definitely rubbed us the wrong way.

We really liked the staff and the cleanliness. The Kitchenettes and Kitchens are the game changers. The proximity to the beach was a pleasant surprise. The availability and free use of the pool and barbecue provided additional options for our vacation.

One of the nuances that somewhat affected the quality of our vacation was the beds, namely the mattresses (Standard Room with Kitchenette). In general, they were comfortable, but if two people sleep on this bed, then these mattresses sag quite a lot in the middle. Unfortunately there were no kettles available, they would have been a nice addition to the Kitchenettes and Kitchens. However, the most important "elephant in the room" was the train, the track of which runs right next to the motel. We understand that your motel has nothing to do with this train, but unfortunately this train was the only unpleasant factor.

Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious suite and nice pool. Loved the corn hole games in back yard. Microwave was powerful. K-Cups coffee maker was convenient. Plenty of towels.

Oven didn't work right. Maintenance man came and tested it. He said it worked fine. He was very friendly. But it took over an hour to bake fries that were supposed to bake in 10 minutes. Took over 2 hours to bake stuffed chicken, supposed to bake in 30 minutes. There was duct tape on outlets. Damage on the balcony, rotten wood.

They were extremely accommodating!! The pool was very nice as well as the staff!!

I did have to pay $20 for a rollaway bed, when I read the website/booked the room I didn’t see anywhere that you had to pay for an extra bed so that was unfortunate. However the staff did bring it right to me quickly which was appreciated I’ve been to some hotels where they don’t bring the bed and you have to wait for it so that was nice!!

The patio by the pool is wonderful! It’s so big and there is even a lounge area and two high top wicker tables with chairs for having a cocktail or two. Picnic tables right outside the rooms in the backside of motel and brand new grills. That was a nice way to save on eating out. Room is a luxury size with a kitchenette and full size fridge. Walking distance to ALL of the center attractions was amazing…3 minutes, maybe. Had a great time and will be back!

Wish there was a hot tub on site! Heated pool though at a motel is unheard of.

We got there at 1030 and check in was at 3pm but they let us park in the parking lot while we went to the beach. Saved us a ton of money. Staff was great called us as soon as the rooms were ready and they offered us early check in if we wanted. Walking distance to the Pier, many restaurants and of course just a short little walk to the Brunswick! Great rate also.

Close to everything - didn’t need the car at all. Very clean. Spacious 2 bedroom suite, perfect for our family. Will def stay again. Great space for fair price.

It didn’t bother us, but it is outdated and not “cozy” - tile floors all over etc. felt much cleaner than if there were rugs but if you’re accustomed to typical hotel room style this might be different.

New pool, was super great to get a break from the crowded beach! Staff were super helpful and nice and even got us into our room hours before we expected!

The property was totally fine, zero issues with that. There was however, a lot of loud drunk folks passing by late at night but that’s to be expected this close to the boardwalk. If that kind of thing bothers you, maybe find a spot further down away from all the action. We were fine with the noise, just something to share.

I liked how it was a great distance to the beach! I thought it was cool how we stayed down the street from the actually motel itself so it was very quiet.

There was nothing i didn’t like, however if your body runs warmer than others, if recommend a fan for the bedroom. Although for me it was comfortable if you put the ac on and shut the bathroom door.

We liked that it was very close to downtown. We literally closed about 500 ft and was in town.

The only thing we had a hard time understanding the staff during checkin. Then later that night the tv wouldn’t keep a signal. He did come to fix it but by then we decided we wasn’t going to be watch it. Don’t get me wrong the staff was really nice just the language barrier made it hard.
