The location was great, definitely will be returning for future vacations. We were a nice 10 minute walk from the beach but also close to a few restaurants and some fun non beach activities. There's a dog park near by too which will be nice for next time! The room was small but but over all good, the pool, though we only used it once, was nice as well (stocked with pool toys, and clean). The staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

What bothered me was there was water damage in the bathroom under the sink. There was also black stuff on the shower curtain... not sure what it was but it was concerning either way. The last thing was the wood floor was pretty dirty when we got there. Not like sand or anything sweepable (a broom was in our room) but dirty like it needed a quick mop or something. I understand that it's a beach and things get wet/damp and dirty, so it didn't ruin my stay at all. Those were the only issues I had, it was a great spot otherwise.

The staff were friendly and when we wanted to extend our stay by 2 days they went out of their way to be helpful. Definitely family friendly. When we first arrived our room was clean and smelled great. The property was well maintained. The location is walking distance to many different stores.

The price was very good for the area and the season. It was a basic room with a kitchenette - it was clean and the beds were comfortable, nice shower too. This is not a $500+ a night hotel room, but that isn't was we needed - we needed a place close to the beach that was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We walked to the beach from the motel. It is near a pizza place too! For the price, it was a good deal.

What we liked about the property. Staff was very friendly and attentive to any questions you had concerning the property. Pet friendly. Pool was very nice. Very close to Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dominoes, a Mexican takeout, sandwich shop, 24 hr gym, Dog park.

It was farther away from the beach than I actually wanted.

I liked the clean linen, stocked bathroom and kitchen and ceiling fan.

The only complaint I have is that after 3 days the carpet did develope a cat pee smell in a certain area and the last night the carpet just stunk in general. I know the place allows pets so I understand but they definitely need a good steam cleaning or maybe switch to flooring vs. Carpet. Otherwise everything was great.

The facility was clean and a 5 minute walk from the beach and other entertainment. Our room had a light that wouldn't shut off so they upgraded us to a better room. They let us stay parked after check out and walk down to the beach again. Awesome place, would give my business again!

Location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The other guests were pretty noisy, not that the Inn has any control over that. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

There wasn't much privacy, and it was really noisy at night. We will request a cottage next time.

Great location (5 minutes from the beach with free parking), bang for you buck. The room isn't spacious but definitely good enough for a couple. Clean, no frill, friendly staff.

Location was great. Rooms were cleaned and set up very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can complain about was how thin the walls were. We traveled far to get to this location and were pretty exhausted from the drive and spending time at the beach. When we got back to our room to get some rest, we had very loud and drunk guests next to our room. The walls are so thin that we had to turn the tv to 90 in order to watch a movie. We could hear their entire converststion and constant door slams. Luckily it was still early in the night around 7:30 to 9. If it had lasted longer I would have called staff to complain.

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our needs were immediately met i.e towels, pillows, toiletries etc. Felt very much at home. Perfect location and free parking. Just a fantastic weekend.
