The lady at the front desk opened the pool for the kids, gave us extra towels & toilet paper as well. She was very kind.

There were some folks outside in the evening sitting on the entryway to the rooms (sidewalk), playing music & drinking. One of the folks stayed that they worked there. We were aware of the fact that this was a non smoking property but due to the music & drinking, we politly asked if it was ok of we had a cigarette standing next to our vehicle. Instead of just stating yes or no, they were kinda rude stating "I smoke cigars & I didn't bring them" & another stating "this is a non smoking place." As I stated, we were aware of the fact that it was indeed a non smoking property & only politely asked a question due to their behavior, all they had to do was answer politically with a yes or no answer instead of being rude about it. Other than that, the staff & the room was amazing!

I’ve never booked a motel stay before I’ve only heard bad things about them.. but I was surprisingly shocked when I saw how nice this one was. Wasn’t a hotel best but it was clean enough for me to stay.. take a shower and relax which says a lot because I am a germaphobe lol.. probably will book again

Scratches here and there on the walls, tiny black spots on the mirror and shower curtain, dirty corners ( not extremely noticeable ) tv stopped working late at night !! THIS IS ONLY IF YOU ARE SUPER PICKY BUT I STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!

It was really clean and very friendly staff. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was cute. We loved the swimming pool which was really clean.

It was just a shame it was so close to a main road. At least the property had good double glazing but it did mar the property slightly.

The manager was great

You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the other bedroom so if someone was in the bathroom you couldn’t get into the bedroom. One room had a ceiling fan and an ac the other room had neither so it was very stuffy.

The rooms were cute, clean and cool. The pool was clean, the property was well kept and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Just a short drive to the beach and other activities. Perfect spot for a family!

Amber was amazing at the front desk! Upgraded us to a cabin which was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. Parking out front was great. Pool was very clean!

Easy to find and provided trolley to Old Orchard beach every hour. Front desk and housekeeping were friendly and went above and beyond expectations.

I wish there were more trees between the hotel and the road.
