I booked the wrong dates at another motel so i was in up in Maine without a place to stay, with my oldest son. Having to find a place in that moment and without losing my shirt, my expectations were low. We just needed a place to stay and to cross our fingers that it wouldnt be too bad. What a pleasant surprise this place was!! They have a clean outdoor pool with lots of chairs, the room was very clean, and they include a free simple breakfast w/ coffee and juice. Its run by a very small staff but they do a great job covering their bases! If you want your room refreshed, you just have to let them know the night before. I dont think there is bery much around. We just needed a place not far from the baseball tournament field, and this was only 20 mins. Not only would i stay here again, but if i could find a place like this for every baseball tourney, i’d take it every time. Overall, i was very happy and felt fortunate to find this place.

No real critiques, honestly. If i had to nitpick… maybe they could use another body or 2 for room running and breakfast help. But again, this was during a baseball tourney, so im certain they had a lot more activity than they’re necessarily accustomed to. Even still, the fellow running the breakfast kept up and did great. He just had to really hustle to do it. Good job by that man.

The breakfast was OK not the best but not the worst, one woman and staff was amazing. She was hurting when I checked in on Easter night and she was there a few times and they have to stay late because other people didn’t come in. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

I used a towel to wipe up water that was leaking from the broken refrigerator, and also to wipe off some copy that I felt that I was charge $50 for a towel and I was told not to clean

We light the location in Sacco 15 minutes from where my daughter lives the room was on the third floor was very quiet there clean comfortable . The staff was very friendly and helpful we definitely go there again

In the bathroom no handrails at all to help you in and out of the bathtub, and the floor of the tub had nothing on it to keep you from slipping , and there was no bathmath to put inside the tub to help you stay stable on the floor of the tub. Other than that no other other problems

The location was okay due to roadwork hard to find at night. The breakfast was okay. The room and hall was quiet, and peacful. The staff is good . The room cleaners are very friendly.

Update the rooms, handicap room meets minimum standards. The beds ; mattress need to updated along withe the frames need attention. The safety bars didn't look clean had a rusty look. The shower need to be handicap accessible.

We loved that it was right outside of town so commuting to nearby places wasn’t bad! We stayed with a puppy and we were nervous the pet rooms would stink or not be as clean.. however the room was exceptionally clean !! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful for the entire stay. The breakfast options that are included were nice and there was a bit of variety for everyone. We’d stay here again for sure if we ever return to this area!

The room had a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was very cold. The room also had an eating area with a nice table and 2 chairs. The water pressure was great and the water was very hot. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well. It was a large room and it was clean.

It needs updating and the breakfast area is disorganized and small

The breakfast wasn’t my favorite. I liked my big room; the price was right. The area, although under construction, was to my liking. I’ll come again.

I did not get any room service. The help is not very friendly. While some people were still eating breakfast, the room was being cleaned. I liked my room, but would be happier adding a small table with chairs; the room was available for it. More hangers would be nice.

I liked just about everything, the location was kinda meh but the staff and free breakfast make up for it! I will say the lack of screens on the window meant it was bug city if I opened the window, but I just stuck with the a c most the time. I stayed for a Lil over a month now and it was pretty good and a decent price.

I like that the people are very friendly and helped me locate a crib for my toddler as well as clean towels

The things I didn’t like we’re being overcharged several times now I have to go through my bank and file fraudulent acts as well as fraudulent notifications to booking.com for this hotel because the staffing overbooked my account six times, and I have the proof on my bank statements, and I only stayed and paid for the weekend Friday through Saturday and then when I got there, had to pay for an extra day because I forgot to book it but they overcharged my account six different times now. I have to wait to get my money back for fraudulent charges due to your employees At the front desk, mainly the night crew

This room was booked extremely last minute after we had a bad experience with the place we originally booked. We booked and arrived 10 minutes later. The front desk had computer/internet problems and the two ladies at the front were doing their best to be helpful while technology was being a pain. We waited longer than we would've liked to get checked in but it was clearly out of everyone's control. No problems while we were there, stayed two nights and it was great. Breakfast was wonderful. AC was great, shower and bed was great. Room was clean and spacious. Didn't get a chance to swim in the pool. Loved it all.
