The breakfast was good, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping was awsome. The complimentary appetizers and treats were A nice surprise to celebrate our 50 th.

I expected the inn to be right on the water, hence, “waterfront” . It’s on the opposite side of the street and you have to look over buildings to see the water.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I was bothered by the drug community outside the doors. I saw a few very disturbing issues outside the hotel doors. I saw two people having sex across the street, men peeing on walls, an albino python wrapped around a guys neck, and many inappropriate looks. This population makes the property feel less safe. Homelessness isn’t dangerous, but watching homeless people injecting drugs in public is disturbing and feels unsafe on vacation.

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been . We moved an ottoman to sit on sofa and there were pistachio shells from a previous occupant on the floor . We were told we could order dinner at the bar even though there was a party going to in the restaurant. We wait 10 minutes for service at the bar , then I went to ask the bartender for a menu , he was extremely rude and nasty , and said we couldn’t get food there . Not a great start to our vacation. We went to the desk and told them and they said of course you can get food here , but after the rude attitude of the bartender, we went elsewhere. We really expected more from a Hilton Garden .

Location is excellent. The hotel is located right across from the Wharf and my kids loved to watch the boats/ferry come in. A super large cruise ship came in and my kids were fascinated watching the docking process from our room window. They were able to take selfies using their ipads with the cruise ship in the background. On the adult side...loved having a hotel with a restaurant that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Always nice to have a bar in the hotel for when the kids finally head to bed. The heated pool, which is open super early!!! was an added treat for kids that like to wake up too early when travelling.

In suite bathroom did not have a fan/vent. When travelling with the family and eating out, a bathroom with a vent/fan is very good thing lol.

This hotel was the perfect location for our four-day stay in Portland! Our room was great with a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The staff was kind the lobby was large with a modern vibe.

The elevators were RIDICULOUSLY slow and there was no complimentary breakfast, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

This location was perfect for exploring downtown Portland. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance. The drive to the airport was nice and short. The view was great and the air conditioning was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to leave too early to try the breakfast, but it sounded good.

It was quite expensive, but the location was great for getting to the airport quickly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was fast. And it was a perfect location downtown vs other hotels in the area.

2 days in a row it was 4:30pm when we arrived back in our room and it had not been cleaned. Now once I reported it to the front desk, it was done quickly. So I give them credit for that .

Location was great -- you can not be in a better location for walking around the Port. Our room was large and the beds for very comfortable. The hotel lobby is so comfortable to hang out in. The bar was great. Kelly the bartender was top notch and we will be back! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I liked the room overall. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was great. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom and bathroom NEED some overhead lighting. I thought the ladies in the restaurant were sullen. Frankly, I ate there once and wouldn't go back due to their attitudes.

Great location, nice facilities, and large comfortable rooms. Fabulous water view!

Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9 am every morning, and very few of them spoke enough English to understand us. We asked one woman to give us 10 more minutes and she said okay. Then she pushed a card under our door that said, “Sorry we missed you.” Our room was never cleaned that day, though we left the room when we told her we would early that morning. Also, why does the bar not serve drinks until 5:00 pm each day? We ended up going somewhere else every day for cocktails, as they were not open until 5:00. Someone else got our cocktail $$ for four days in a row.
