It was really lovely design, and the view from our room. In general nice hotel! Also, in-front of the hotel is really good restaurant!!! I will come back because of it! )

My bedding was clean, but with big yellow stains, like the old one., I didn’t like it at all. And in the evening we did a walk, it was a lot of drug and homeless people in this area.

I liked the room, staff and location. I wish parking was complementary but understand this is a city location. I loved the restaurant accross the street, vintage stores nearby and I needed the post office so that was a bonus to be in walking distance.

Lack of showers in the spa and the lack of flexibility for me to shower in my room after was annoying. I also overheard another guest request a lugguage cart. This time I was traveling light but I we are a family of 5 so a lugguage cart is key when I usually travel.

Stayed only one night. Location was great. Room was comfortable though the decor was a bit bland (was in the most basic room). It was clean which is most important and the showers have nice marble and rain shower heads. Bar in the lobby in the evening had excellent cocktails, nice bartender and was really nicely decorated. Staff were responsive to requests in advance. I was able to leave my luggage with them after check out and they had free car service to nearby locations on the peninsula. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. (Side note: Breakfast/coffee shop next door had some of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had - I didn't have a chance to try the hotel breakfast.)

Parking like everywhere in Portland is a whole thing that doesn't need to be a thing. There is what looks like hotel parking behind the hotel, but it turns out it is not and some hotel guests had been towed the night before (not us). We were immediately warned and repeatedly reminded to remove the car in the first half hour so this would not happen to us. Hotel valet parking has about 5-6 spots. We did not opt for that and we had to find parking twice at night and were able to find some within 1-2 blocks each time, it wasn't a big deal. As there is 15 minute unloading parking for hotel guests directly in front of the hotel this also allowed us to unload or reload belongings without issue before parking.

Lovely, well-appointed new hotel. Beautiful roomy superior king room, very quiet even though over-looked a busy st. The hotel has a spa, which we didn't use because this was a quick 1 night stay to visit friends. Hotel is very environmentally conscious, which is great! Privately owned and unique. Cafe offers healthy breakfast options! Portland is very walkable, and we like being in the less-chaotic west end, where you're still.close to everything. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean and the bed & linens were very comfy.

Getting our vehicle out of valet parking at check-out took awhile (even with texting our request ahead of time), but it seemed like a one-off due to confusion between the 2 attendants on duty, and not a major problem with their system.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Perfect location. Delicious drinks in the bar. And the BMW car that one can get a ride in to downtown is really cool. Being next to Tandem bakery is definitely a plus! I loved that the bathroom land bedroom lighting could be bright and also dimmed. Really comfortable beds! Great visit!

Liked everything. I would suggest they have directions for how to use the French Press coffee pots and heat. I liked both but needed a bit of help to know how to use them.

Everything is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and there are so many thoughtful little things that make it extra special (for example, the in-room French press with quality coffee and tea and lovely ceramic mugs). The rooms are really comfortable and are a nice size. The complimentary town car is a huge bonus! The cafe and common area are really nice as well. Highly recommend! I’m delighted to extend my trip and get to stay here a little longer:)

This hotel was gorgeous, so clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Longfellow and had a hard time leaving. We took advantage of the sauna treatment at the spa which was really lovely and relaxing. I highly recommend! We walked everywhere, but it was a nice surprise to learn upon arrival that a town car was available for our use if we needed to travel further. There was free street parking nearby as well.

The hotel is fabulous, the staff were all wonderful and the facilities are amazing, great showers, bathroom, beds and design. There were also lots of vegan options in the cafe which was very much appreciated!

The cafe breakfast was very expensive in relation to the portion size. Parking was also very expensive on top of an already high room rate. We treated ourselves this time but will not go back on the regular bc of costs.

Beautiful new build which really blended brother neighborhood. The simple room felt clean and spacious and easy yo maintain that comfort level

Very disappointed in the resort fee add on-for services (car/gym) which we did not use. I am aware that so many hotels are adding these fees on and in an urban setting I hardly think this is a resort. Please consider adding $ on to the initial cost and drop this add on

Food was very good. Ordered on line and brought it up to the room.

Menu is limited and one item was not available. It happened to be a little more substantial for evening fare, the pork slider. It would be good if you had a substitute to fill in. Love the French press for morning coffee but maybe at check in reception could ask if milk or substitute is wanted for in room coffee?
