It’s new and the rooms are nice and very quiet. We never heard anything while in our rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The location is good but still a bit of a walk to the shopping and restaurants. The rooms were nice and cool. Friendly staff.

The shower head. The pressure is too weak. Takes forever to rinse shampoo out of your hair. The restaurant isn’t great. Not many eat there especially in the evening. The breakfast prices are pretty high considering the quality of the food.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very modern. Wonderful staff.

The parking situation. They don’t have valet service in the winter months, but it still costs $30/night to park in the garage, and you have to grab a ticket and have it validated at the front desk every time you come and go. I’m in and out a lot, so that was super inconvenient. Not too mention being a single woman getting back to the parking garage late was nerve wracking.

The location was great near all restrurants and walkable to all sights.The hotel is new and modern.

The staff were not very friendly apart from 2 at check in and check out.Housekeeping needs alot of training on how to clean and service a room .No toilet tissue replenished Ice bucket not cleaned the floor was still dirty after cleaning, paper and crumbs ...not a good reflection as they allow pets so a room needs a good deep clean.Other small details overlooked towels ect.No bottled water provided a standard in most hotels now especially at these prices.Pity about the housekeeping as this hotel is in a great location and very modern .

The room we were put it was spacious and very nice, the shower was amazing. Great location to walk to nearby shops or restaurants.

We weren’t told there was construction right out front of the hotel prior so our first day we had a terrible time trying to find the property to the point we almost considered cancelling our reservation and finding somewhere else last minute. Parking is $40/night which I feel like is a bit ridiculous with the cost of the hotel itself. So if you didn’t pay the $40 you had to find parking, we managed but had to worry about tow zones and then usually had to walk a few blocks to the hotel. Feel like it’s just a way to get extra money out of people.

The roo. Was large and the beds comfortable. There was a fridge. The bathroom was nice and big. The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy a drink or meal or just relax.

For some reason, the staff placed us in an accessible roomthatvdid not suit us by either location or accommodation; however, upon request , we were relocated to a more suitable room. The weird thing, was we were not the only guests this happened to..

Location was perfect, the rooms had plenty of room. Excellent closet space and shower, the beds were comfy.

We took the stairs to exit the building and all of the doors were locked. I could see how this could be for safety of the guests unless there was a fire. We ended up walking down and up 4 flights of stairs. We were lucky enough to find free parking close to the hotel. When we asked the gentleman up front about it he said if you found parking lucky you. He stated to pay the meter or we could be towed. There was no meter. Valet parking was very unclear.

Loved how ultra modern this hotel was. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable with usb charging ports, coffee machine, large very modern bathroom. There was also a very comfortable modern chaise longue and side table in our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant/lounge area was a very comfortable place to lounge on easy chairs and sofas with modern fires. There was also a mini food store on site. The location of the hotel was perfect being five minutes to the port and also to shops and restaurants

I loved the room - so well designed. There were four of us and we stayed in the room with two queen beds. My kids are teens so that can be a tight fit - but the room was spacious enough, and there was a little couch by the window. My 15-year-old son slept on that couch and was comfortable. The beds and linens on the queen beds were wonderful.

It would have been nice to have room service. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant and brought it up to our room but it didn't travel well and was not warm.

So comfortable and quiet. We had a suite and it was a great size

The elevator was very slow. We had to go to the 1st floor to exit. The reception area was elevated to the 4th floor which didn’t make the entry very welcoming. Wish outside bar was open. Security was very good. Location was close enough to downtown without being in a noisy location.

Nice size rooms, and pet friendly. Great location great staff. 

On the fourth floor, the courtyard rooms don’t have much privacy. However, as it turns out, there are two automatic screens for the big picture windows. We didn’t know that there were two screens. We only assumed that there was one screen that darken the room. However, there is another screen that allows the light to come in. Had we known that there were two screens we might not have requested to shift rooms.
