It was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do including the ferry over to Peaks Island. We were staying 3 nights so the girl at the counter upgraded our room to a room with a view of the harbor and the courtyard. It was far away from the elevator but well worth it for the view.

The sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly. My bad…I forgot to tell them before we left.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very modern. Wonderful staff.

The parking situation. They don’t have valet service in the winter months, but it still costs $30/night to park in the garage, and you have to grab a ticket and have it validated at the front desk every time you come and go. I’m in and out a lot, so that was super inconvenient. Not too mention being a single woman getting back to the parking garage late was nerve wracking.

It’s new and the rooms are nice and very quiet. We never heard anything while in our rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The location is good but still a bit of a walk to the shopping and restaurants. The rooms were nice and cool. Friendly staff.

The shower head. The pressure is too weak. Takes forever to rinse shampoo out of your hair. The restaurant isn’t great. Not many eat there especially in the evening. The breakfast prices are pretty high considering the quality of the food.

The location was great near all restrurants and walkable to all sights.The hotel is new and modern.

The staff were not very friendly apart from 2 at check in and check out.Housekeeping needs alot of training on how to clean and service a room .No toilet tissue replenished Ice bucket not cleaned the floor was still dirty after cleaning, paper and crumbs ...not a good reflection as they allow pets so a room needs a good deep clean.Other small details overlooked towels ect.No bottled water provided a standard in most hotels now especially at these prices.Pity about the housekeeping as this hotel is in a great location and very modern .

The room we were put it was spacious and very nice, the shower was amazing. Great location to walk to nearby shops or restaurants.

We weren’t told there was construction right out front of the hotel prior so our first day we had a terrible time trying to find the property to the point we almost considered cancelling our reservation and finding somewhere else last minute. Parking is $40/night which I feel like is a bit ridiculous with the cost of the hotel itself. So if you didn’t pay the $40 you had to find parking, we managed but had to worry about tow zones and then usually had to walk a few blocks to the hotel. Feel like it’s just a way to get extra money out of people.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The valet staff is super friendly and helpful with luggage. Our room didn't have the best view but the room more than made up for it. We felt like we were back at home. The hotel restaurant has high quality food.

Having updated appliances in the rooms would be nice.

The roo. Was large and the beds comfortable. There was a fridge. The bathroom was nice and big. The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy a drink or meal or just relax.

For some reason, the staff placed us in an accessible roomthatvdid not suit us by either location or accommodation; however, upon request , we were relocated to a more suitable room. The weird thing, was we were not the only guests this happened to..

Front desk staff super helpful and friendly

Restaurant isn’t great and outdoor spaces are basically enclosed— thought we’d have a view but the property doesn’t really offer any. A little tight and dark in terms of hallways and sights from inside. Short walk to restaurants etc, but def not a hotel to lounge around in

Breakfast was not included. We did however have breakfast in the hotel several times. It was very good and not outrageously expensive like some hotels.

Our room was on the lobby level and the windows looked out to the building next door so it really quite dark in the room.

Loved how ultra modern this hotel was. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable with usb charging ports, coffee machine, large very modern bathroom. There was also a very comfortable modern chaise longue and side table in our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant/lounge area was a very comfortable place to lounge on easy chairs and sofas with modern fires. There was also a mini food store on site. The location of the hotel was perfect being five minutes to the port and also to shops and restaurants
