Excellent location, trolley service for only $2/person to take you to the beach/boardwalk with service until midnight, handy kitchenette with full sized fridge, kid's playground. This place has everything! Pool was warm enough to stay in all day long, grills everywhere for easy cooking, road nose minimal as long as you weren't placed too close to the road.

Not a big deal but the arcade/game room activities were dated, air hockey table needs replacing another. Road noise in cabins 1-4 is noticable. Shower a little cramped for bigger folk. Anything negative was minor and doesn't detect from our overall impression and satisfaction.

The motel has a lot of great things going for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it's well located, there's easy access to trolleys to and from the beach and there are restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the 2nd to last room in the long single story building at the end of the property. The room was clean, the beds were firm but comfortable and it had everything we could need during our stay. This is a great property especially for families with young children.

Really there's nothing to improve upon. A heads up though, the motel is shaped in a big U. I would try avoiding the first few cabins because they're closer to the busy main road. The property gets quieter and more serene as the numbers go up. I was woken up really early hearing the kids in the neighboring rooms through the walls the first morning, but I kept the fan on the next night and it provided just enough white noise to help.

very accommodating owner. the cottages are excellent however it is a tight space for 4 adults. cottage was super clean and outstanding! we transferred to the apartment and they are more spacious. living area has a futon and dining table. small kitchen, fridge and all the basic appliances needed to cook.

wish the apartment units had more natural light flowing inside. I know this isn't possible since all the units are next to each other and only the front and back have windows. the cottage is extra bright! windows all around!

Very family oriented. Many options for recreational activities! Fire pits were awesome! Community grills was cool idea. Friendly employees and extremely helpful!

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool and rec room hours need to be extended an extra hour.had to find wood for the fire pits, maybe have option to buy it.vent needed above the hot plates in the cabins so smoke alarm does not go off.

Beautiful property, well maintained and exceptionally clean. The pool was heated and crystal clear, every possible amenity was available, from the propane grills to the spatula and kitchenware. The trolley ran us right down to the beach and the cabins, while compact, were comfortable and spotless. The staff was professional, courteous and were tons of help for first time visitors

I loved everything ! It was a wonderful stay ! I would stay here again. Highly recommend. The staff was awesome the pool was awesome for kids. Not far from the beach to drive, the trolley stop at the property made it easy to have quick trips to downtown shops and back.

My kids loved the pool, playground, and game room! It felt so old fashioned, but in a really wonderful way! Just a nice, wholesome place! We also loved the full kitchen and screened porch. Wish we’d had time to use the fire pits! Staff was also super friendly!

There wasn’t really a family seating area inside. There were two bedrooms and the kitchen. But the porch and outside space made up for it I think!

The atmosphere is awesome. It's right on the bus and trolley line. There's attractions either way you walk. You have restaurants,the beach and the view is amazing. They have a pool, a rec room and a small playground. The have a volleyball net and tether ball. There's a few fire pits and grills all over. Each room has AC and cable TV. You have all your showering amenities and the cabins come with hot plates, microwave,and toaster. And also a coffee maker😁loved everything about this place, definitely definitely would go back anytime!!!!!

Unfortunately we had a large group of friends next to us who often sat out at night until the early hours smoking weed! Not the holiday park’s fault. Just bad timing for us!

Beautiful little cottages that are so clean, and well-kept property, made our stay amazing! Our two bedroom Cottage was perfect for the five of us. Between the fire pits,the game room, the swimming pool, there's so much to do for kids and adults no matter what age you are, it's was a very quiet and respectful place. My kids and grandson absolutely loved it, as did we! Looking forward to going again next year!

We have no complaints about our stay here, it was truly a wonderful experience on beautiful grounds.
