The location was perfect, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and shops. bed was comfy and lots of room, staff was friendly

the bathroom was clean except for the shower, the grout in the shower was moldy, the shower head was dirty and the bottles of shampoo/bodywash that are mounted to the wall were dirty.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean and tidy room. Good sized room for two guests. Complimentary full breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary shuttle service to the train station when we left was much appreciated and unexpected.

Heater/ a-c regulator were far from precize. It was very cold, then heated to very hot, then cold not stop cooling…. It took about 2 hrs to reach a comfortable temperature. It was kind of cool days in May with rain and we were not excited, that sofa did not have a real cover/ comforter, only sort of big beach towel. I asked for a cover at front desk and they sent… 2 more big beach towels…

Hotel în quite good condition, close to important places în the small town , harbor view from 6 floor, clean , good bathroom, at the reception there is possible to take a coffee or snack. By car is easy to find the hotel and it is a place to park and take the luggages from car . It is valet parking. But the parking is a few steps from hotel and it is new , modern and large. Probably you can park alone the car there without valet but I dont know the price, maybe is cheaper than valet parking. When I booked the hotel I was not aware that there is such a modern parking so close. I want to mention that the air conditioning în room is better than în other american hotels because it is not so noisy

The check-in was not ready at 3 pm ,the room was available 30 minutes later. The price of the valet parking is too high for a small town like Portland. One thing which is not about hotel but about Booking it is the fake information written on Booking claiming that you can have an early check-in if you pay 50 $. It is not true , the person from reception told me that this is not in the politic of the hotel. Thus don't rely always on what you read on Booking , better to check with the hotel .

The location was perfect; it was right next to the pier and shops and within walking distance of many breweries. The valet personnel were excellent. There was never longer than a 5-minute wait for our car plus they charged our Tesla to 100% every time we returned it to them. The desk personnel always had a friendly greeting as well as the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was standard fare but the coffee was exceptional!

It was unfortunate that there wasn't a hydration station in the lobby. A nice cold drink of water after walking around a hot city would have been most welcome upon returning to the hotel.

Loved the location! And the room was great and so were the staff! However, the valet parking was not convenient, especially at check out when everyone was checking out, over 30 minutes' wait. Tried texting but didn't work and had to get the front desk to get ahold of them. They also ran out of breakfast buffet, so we were unable to get any on Sunday. Possibly short staffed. Suggestion: Microwaves would be great in rooms. We do plan on staying again.

The location is excellent and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable - perfect for our family to have a decent amount of space. The parking options were reasonably priced compared to other nearby options

There was an indoor pool listed on the site but it had been removed for a remodel. The restaurant and breakfast options looked typical and nice, but we didn’t eat at the hotel

We absolutely loved our king suite . The window in there was beyond amazing and the view was beyond breath taking . Myself and boyfriend enjoyed our get away from reality at Hyatt . I usually always find something that isn’t exactly great but I can honestly say I have 0 complaints . Even the bar inside was great the drinks were great price and made very well with a great bartender .

The room was clean and met our expectations, breakfast was mediocre, the waffles were hard and the coffee good, not amazing but good. The breakfast staff was amazing as was the rest of the hotel staff, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel pool is not a full size pool but maybe half the size of a full one.

We rented a car, for the cost of $2300 for a 5-night stay, you would expect the hotel to offer free parking, instead we had to pay $40 per night to park.

The location was excellent. In the heart of the old wharf district, walking distance from everything. The shuttle service within a short radius was a plus.

The room had a musty smell. The shower pressure was low. The sink ran slow, but was fixed immediately after we advised the front desk. Breakfast was not up to par with what I have come to expect from Hyatt. Powdered eggs, weak coffee, obviously cooked from frozen potatoes and french toast. The melon was awful, and was sprinkled with sugar to hide the fact it was cut too soon.
