Our room was 509. The outlet for the coffeemaker and refrigerator did not work. The outlet pushes into the wall. The staff kindly tried to fix the situation, but were unable to. Therefore, we were unable to make coffee in our room each day and some of the food in the refrigerator spoiled. When checking out we told the desk clerk about the issues and felt fixing the electrical problem was critical. She credited us $500 on our bill, which, we felt, was very generous. Also, the daily parking fee was not on our bill and was not realized until the parking attendant asked us if it had been. That's when we looked and realized that it hadn't been. So, we'll be billed separately for this fee.

We arrived 2 hours before check in and were surprised to find our room ready so we were happy to check in early. The valet is very convenient. The location is great and we walked everywhere we wanted to go excluding the beach. The bartender Chase/Elliot was AMAZING. We had a lot of laughs with him the 2 nights we were there.

We weren't aware that the doors lock at 9pm. Thankfully, the bartender Chase/Elliot happened to walk by at the time, let us in and explained we needed to use the room key to enter. Would be helpful to be told at time of check in and have a sign at the door.

From the moment we walked into the Courtyard everyone was most pleasant and hospitable. Loved that transportation was available if needed. Appreciated being picked up and returned to the airport. Facilities were clean. and comfortable. \We had a wonderful stay in Portland, Maine.

Our stay was from Friday - Monday. We thought our room would have been cleaned during our stay. We called twice on Saturday and Sunday to ask if trash could be collected... We were told yes. IT NEVER happened.

Harbor view, upper floor. Nice lobby area, breakfast was good.

Valet parking only, for which there is an additional $35/day charge.. I drive a standard, and no one could park it from valet as they didn'thave anyone on staff to drive a stick shift.. I valet parked my own vehicle and was still charged. There is supposed to be a credit, but I haven't seen it yet. When we got to the room, there was still a towel on the bathroom counter, seemingly used.. Wasn't sure if it was someone prior, or cleaning staff used it and forgot to remove it. Just a bit odd.

Everything was very good about the rooms and the location. We were quite comfortable. They gave us suggestions about places to eat and we tried one for breakfast and it was a good choice.

One of my family left her coat in the room closet. We called twice in the next two days and really didn't get any help. Just said "we didn't find it" They offered to call back but never did. Several days later we called back again and although the staff member was more helpful, she stated that the housekeepers don't always look in the closet so probably another guest took it" I guess that means the housekeepers don't clean in the closet between guests. We realize we will never see the coat again but have many doubts about what really happened to it.

Spacious room.

No toilet bowl brush to clean sticky poop on the bowl. Please put one or install a hand bidet in all your toilet. In the best cities in the Middle East, you cannot find a toilet without a hand bidet. Even the labor toilet has one! And here in the US people rely on toilet paper? Unhiegenic and surprisingly primitive than the folks in the middle. Teach your guest how to be real clean by putting hand bidet in all of your hotels across the US. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the hotel and pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance

A Breakfast in the Hotel is the only thing I would wish during my next stay

Great location, welcoming lobby, lovely decor, clean, nice selection of breakfast options.

No fan in the bathroom, no hand held shower, paper thin walls, remote didn't work but they did bring us one that did work when requested. Booking.com failed to accurately provide important additional details about the hotel charges. $35/day valet only parking, several miscellaneous fees which added $200+ to our stay.

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The website lists parking is $21 per night. Apparently it changed quite some time ago to $35 per night but not updated on the site. That is a 40% increase! Deceitful, especially after paying over $1000 for a two day stay. We should never have had to pay more than what is advertised and should be refunded for the difference. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Elite Member and am very disappointed with this.

clean and great location. staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked last minute and we were only there from about 930 pm to 630 am so did not get to experience all the hotel had to offer.

I was surprised you did not have complimentary coffee in main entry area and no complimentary breakfast. It was a Starbucks I believe that you had to pay to get anything. Most nicer hotels have at least a continental breakfast. That being said, we left before breakfast anyway.
