It’s a very comfortable stay. The linens and pillows are great. The AC and Heat are highly responsive and remote controlled. The room has remote controlled fan. This is my first stay with a complimentary breakfast basket which was very nice. It also has casting and Apple TV which I really appreciated and isn’t common in other stays. We went in off-season and enjoyed the fireside by the sea before a concert, but would love to come back for the summer season since it has a very nice beach access and lounge area by the sand.

We liked having a porch looking out to the water and listening to the waves crashing. We liked having a refrigerator. It was nice having a bar. We really liked staying in room 10. The chairs we took out to the beach were really comfortable.

I didn’t like the ramp going to the beach. It was really hard to get up. Maybe make it more level for older people. Or add railings. I think there should be hooks in the room. In the bathroom. No place to hang a robe. Also, I think you should have another garbage can in the room.

I love the location. I loved the presentation of the breakfast, however I didn't love the actual breakfast. I think it would have been helpful to have a menu with the ingredients listed.

Considering the windows are a key feature to enjoying such an amazing view, I would suggest Blue focus on making the windows look nicer and work better. The blinds inside the windows, block the view. I could open the blinds, but wasn't able to figure out how to make them go up? Had my stay been longer, I would have asked if there was a way. If there is not a way, Blue should get rid of those blinds, so that there isn't anything unnecessarily blocking the beautiful view. The curtains also did not open and close easily and didn't look as nice as they could have, for a room with such a lovely aesthetic otherwise?

Amazing view directly on my favorite beach in Massachusetts. So nice to have choice of beach chairs or covered porch to soak in the ambience. We enjoyed that there was a bar for drinks. The room was perfect and the staff couldn’t be nicer. I live locally and this is a perfect quiet town for rest and recharge.

Lively, comfortable, well-appointed room and the location and view from the deck and room couldn’t be better! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was wonderful!!!

It’s a small point, but the breakfast basket would be better if guests the opportunity to choose which options are included. I felt bad wasting food I didn’t want.

Great place if you're looking for a relaxing and cozy hotel. Highly recommend!

I really loved the idea of having breakfast dropped off at my door—it was such a thoughtful and enjoyable treat. That said, if you're looking for something freshly made in the morning, this might not be the best fit for you.

The direct access to a gorgeous trip of beach at a pretty time of year. It wasn't even that crowded (at all), and my child and I had a great time. Also, the front desk staff were really nice and relaxed.

The cottage could have benefited from a foot washing station, so we didn't track in sand.

The proximity to the beach ( the deck was on the beach! It was the friendliest staff ever… the breakfasts were delightful and the coffee was strong and delicious

The bed was soft which is not great for me!

10! Absolutely beautiful! Love, love, loved the room. So often Inn breakfast is mostly inedible for healthy people. Yours was sooo good! Can't say enough about it. We had a beautiful pre-breakfast walk on the beach and then a fabulous post-breakfast and car-free bike ride out to the end of Plum Island and back. Just wish we could afford more nights but we'll be back for sure.

General Manager “Caylee” was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was superb! Little touches like breakfast basket delivered in the morning was a nice touch not to mention delicious!

Stairs going to beach had a difficult ramp at the last 6 feet instead of stairs going completely to the beach. Hard to navigate.
