While the room was not very large, it had all the important amenities : a coffee-maker, fridge, MWO, a good heating system (in early February got down to -16 C during the night), and a comfy bed. I really appreciate the free coffee at the reception and a selection between dark / light roast - superb. The wall-fixed shower-head was annoying and made it near impossible to keep my hair dry. In spite of the cold and wind - a 600 m walk to the Whole-Foods which was the reason I chose this hotel (FYI if you're a canned-fish fan try also the JobLot ). Overall a good functional choice for a 4-day work visit. For the little bit I got to see - I loved the area, the people and their mentality :).

breakfast was very good, the staff did an excellent job making certain there was enough food for everyone, replenishing quickly and answering questions or requests promptly.

we were supposed to have the room cleaned every 2 days but we arrived on Friday and left Monday morning without any room cleaning taking place. Also the toilet seat was loose and we had to tighten it, I would recommend handles in the shower/tub as we are older and could use the additional support getting in and out of the tub.

The bedding is always so comfortable. It was really nice to sit outside on the little patio. The front desk people were very friendly.

I did not like listening to the cleaning help talk on their phones so loud that I could hear them in my room. The cleaning staff actually went in my room and grabbed my pocketbook and glasses and chased after me to give them to me. Apparently she thought I was leaving. But spoke no English so I could not understand her, and she could not understand me. And then my digital room key was disabled. The front desk said that they didn't do it, and if I needed another key they could get it for me. So basically I was not thrilled with the cleaning staff.

Everything was clean and they put us close to the exit door which we requested since we were traveling with our dog. Breakfast was good- plenty of options (waffle maker, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, eggs, etc). Location felt slightly remote even though you're 1 minute from the main road and getting on the highway. We were using this as a home base to travel to conway and maine so we loved the location. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

Booking.com had muddled our reservation but Carla was working the front desk and she was nothing short of amazing! She was kind, patient, and efficient with us and she certainly had her hands full trying to deal with Booking.com. She is a true gem and I hope she is appreciated. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was beyond our expectation. All other staff that we came into contact with were friendly and kind. Thank you.

Our only issue was with Booking.com. They proved to be incompetent and unhelpful.

My booking made no mention of a $7.50 parking charge/night. I have stayed at this hotel chain in Canada many times and always with free parking. The parking lot there was very big and mostly empty. I only found out about the parking charge at the front desk when I checked in. I feel it should have been mentioned in my booking details.

Breakfast was included. Most of the food was good, but selection was limited. We enjoyed the free tea/coffee in the Lobby area. The pool was nice to use after a tiring day. Variety of places to eat nearby, some within easy walking distance. The fridge and microwave were very welcome for take out meals. Hotel in quiet location with plenty of parking.

We were a family of 4 adults in one room with 2 Queensize beds. The room was rather small for us and our luggage.

Nice size room/clean. Large bathroom with a nice walk in shower. Plenty of free parking. Close to Mall and other stores/gas stations. Received a free beverage from the Manager between 4:30/6:30 PM. Nice touch. Breakfast was good/included and the coffee was hot. .

Hilton seems to have a design flaw. The walls are paper thin and you hear your neighbors (talking, etc etc). Turning on the room heat/cooling to make some white noise helped. About a mile from the Interstate but no road noise, which is worth it. Did not get a receipt/bill upon check out as front desk staff said I booked it via a third party! That's weird. The Hilton location the previous night printed me out a receipt with no issues, even though I had booked it with Booking.com

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy checking. Decent room. Price was a little high for one night for the basic room but had wedding in the area as we had to book. Comfortable bed and room. Felt safe in area and in room. Breakfast was typical basic. Did the job. Could drink the coffee though, not good. Overall good experience for one night

The only thing I had a little bit of a problem with was the kielbasa with the breakfast. Kielbasa is not something I would be having with breakfast ever. Bacon or breakfast sausage would have been a way better choice. A lot of people don't like kielbasa, me being one of those people.
