2-bedroom suite was larger than expected and very comfortable for a family of 4. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Nice sized pool for the kids and pleasantly warm in winter. Fantastic breakfast! Excellent beds, showers, and facilities. A quick drive into downtown, and the location was pleasant/safe.

There was a leak from the dishwasher in the suite's kitchen that soaked the floor under the dining table. It appeared this was an ongoing problem, as you could see old water damage on the wall near the dishwasher. We did not use the kitchen, but if we had planned on it, this would have been a problem.

Absolutely love love love this place.. it was my three year anniversary and I asked for roses throughout the room and on bed. I asked for a few special requests and didn’t know if they would do them. I was more then surprised and fulfilled when I walked in the door and it has a rose petal park to our bed with rose petals all on our bed saying congrats! Also they left a bottle of Prosecco and champagne glasses for us. We don’t drink but it was very special. We had two bed rooms. One had a small vanity and a bathtub. The other had a huge long vanity and glass shower with wonderful water pressure. We had a decently large closet in both rooms and two dressers. We had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, glassware, oven, fill fridge, stove and microwave. It’s came with everything. It was like a very pretty apartment. I would truly live there. We had a tv in our living space with a large couch. Each room had their own TVs as well. One room has a little office desk which is nice as well. Absolutely breathtaking. Staff were EXTREMELY nice. Both women I had seen there were wonderful.

It was delicious, and the ladies that worked there were friendly, funny, and so kind!! Happy Birthday to one of them during our stay!! It was great to see her being celebrated 😊

Nothing could have been different, there were so many options to choose from. All of the food was wonderful the coffee and tea was always full and hot, I liked the cold coffee option as well.

The room was very spacious, and had everything you could use for a long stay, ours was an overnight stay. The grounds are very well kept, it’s a very quiet area as well, happy with the location.

Usually the Marriott provides very beautiful sheets. This was not the case at this Marriott, the sheets were very rough and scratchy. realizing, I’m a “nut” about bedding, my own home has very comfortable mattresses and soft linens. That’s my only complaint. (minor to some). overall, happy with the room and stay. Fresh Coffee is 24 hrs a day if you’d like and the is a buffet breakfast if you wish.

Studio king room was amazing. So much space and so quiet and comfortable! Pool and fitness room were great and the hot complimentary breakfast was a wonderful touch!

The staff was incredible. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The breakfast was delicious and our room was beautiful. We will be coming back and absolutely staying at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable suite. The bed was very comfy. The location is just 10 min from downtown Portsmouth.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Booked a 1 BR suite, nice and roomy, very clean. Continental breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly.

We found the bed to be very uncomfortable, also, our room was on the second floor and the second night we were there we had a small child above us and had to listen to constant running and jumping for two hours straight and again first thing the next morning, definitely not happy with that.
