The buffet was good except for the eggs. They were just dry powder, we were surprised that no one complained.

We didn't have our room cleaned because of the time. We were out all morning and in the afternoon we were there getting ready for a wedding. I mentioned it to housekeeping and they should have told me they were going off duty so we were not surprised when we got back from the wedding.

Did not dine in the room was clean . The pull out sofa needs a little more comfort the refrigerator, microwave, little kitchen area. Asked for a few pillows and linens, delivered to room quick

the ac in the bedroom was weak

Breakfast was very good. I found Jessica at the reception desk to be very professional, informative, helpful and pleasant.

The outdoor pool is a very nice perk but the dark spots throughout the pool were a turn off. Looked like algae but not sure.

This was our first time staying there. The room, bed, shower was excellent. Staff was very friendly, Great location!!! We will definitely stay again!! It exceeded our expectations!

Nothing everything was great.

It's a good place to stay if you need to stay in the area. I was there for 3 days and parking was really good. The hotel is on the older side but they keep it in good shape. I wasn't looking for a lot of amenities or a 5 star hotel but it was very good, the room was nice, clean, the beds very comfortable. It appeared that a lot of blue collar workers stay there when they are working in the area so that was a good sign.

There was nothing not to like.

Pools (indoor and outdoor). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was below average.

The bed was comfortable; the breakfast that was a $15 option per room was worth the price;the location near Rt 93, the airport, Rockingham Mall, Tuscan Village and Salem Town Forest was fantastic. And they managed to make up the room EVERY day which is not the norm these days.

Elevators were very slow

Room keeper come to are room to be quiet I really don’t think that’s fair with what I paid and now I’m a member we really weren’t making so much noise. We were just having conversations and the kids were playing.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was very good but could have been served hotter. We went for drinks at Margaritas but there was no air conditioning so we left. Too bad since the drinks were good and bartender personable.
