Low prices per night for big rooms. Ability to fully refund up to about 2 days before the reservation time. Plenty of parking. Fast check in and check out process. Rooms big enough to fit a sofa and queen beds and medium sized bathrooms and a second bathroom sink. Friendly staff (including the front desk and cleaning crew). Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the inn. Just off the highway. Located in a quiet town. Safe and protected by frequent local police patrol. Clean room (including a clean bathroom, beds, towels). Enough hot water for longer showers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom comes with a working hair dryer. Two big bathroom wall mirrors. Closet comes with enough hangers to hang your jackets and clothes, and a luggage rack. Nothing seemed broken. The cable TV (an older flat screen), WIFI, outlets, single cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, both sinks, toilet, shower and tub, and lights all worked.

The rooms are not soundproof. The walls might not be thick enough to block out loud noises from neighboring rooms. If it is stormy or windy outside, you can hear the cracks around the door or windows. There might not be a clothes iron or an ironing board in the rooms.

Very central with excellent off street parking. Good sized studio bedroom with settee double bed good wardrobe and cupboard space. Had coffee making facilities with fridge and micro wave. Bath had overhead shower. Bed was comfortable. Very easy check in with a very basic breakfast of juice/ coffee and a doughnut to set you on your way.

The interior is dated and had wallpaper coming away at the seams but everything worked. The heating unit is noisy but you can switch it off.

We have stayed here for several years. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the green space was lovely.

The one complaint was our room was not made up for 2 days. We left the room before 10am and changed the do not disturb sign. We got fresh towels from the office who were very nice and helpful. The same thing happened the following day. The next day we got service however the shower and sink and counter were not cleaned. The head lady who was VERY sweet and helpful said she would do our room herself the next day. It was spotless. We stayed 6 nights which is what we usually stay each year. This is the first time this happened but it will not deter us from coming back. We love it here.

Was a little surprised, I thought for the price, it would be a dump. But I was completely surprised. Very clean and check-in was a breeze. We asked for recommendations for dinner, and the staff was very helpful. Wish we had longer, a lot to explore. Only draw back was that the entrance key was a little hard to use. You had to wiggle it a bit. Other than that, I was very satisfied. A truly good bang for your buck.

We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to returning next year. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was great. The Front Desk clerk was very pleasant.

There was only a couple of things that we would like to see next year. There where 4 of us included in the booking but only 3 bath towels. Also only one spare roll of toilet paper. We couldn't get the TV to work on Live TV and lastly, we only had 3 coffee pods the first day and when they made our beds, nothing got replaced.

Value and location cannot be beat! Did not hear anything from nearby rooms, no muffled tv or bathroom water running. And an individually wrapped doughnut in the morning to get on our way. Office staff was friendly & helpful. Really like a park, lots of lawn & trees. Could hear birds in the morning.

Bed was very firm, we both didn’t get much sleep. Heater had a decent noise pattern when it was running. Wallpaper was beautiful & expensive, but it is coming apart at the seams made it look run down. But the room was super clean and the property was gorgeous. Ralphie’s restaurant nearby was within walking distance.

1. It is off the road & tucked in trees yet very convenient to freeways & stores. 2. Quiet, clean & my unit had a full kitchenette with large microwave & large freezer with the small refrigerator. 3. View of lawn & trees from my window.

Easy check-in, park right outside room, clean linens and towels, hot water works, fridge, microwave, 2nd sink, relatively quiet, coffee maker,

stale room smell (went away with some febreeze), bed was comfy but could have been softer, carpeting is really old. door security was ok, but should be better, heard doors slamming at 6AM

Price was right.. near everything you need. It's an older facility, but was very clean and comfortable. Mary Ann's Diner in walking distance for breakfast, very good, very busy. 2 minute drive to Tuscan Village, great place. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A quite spacious room and very comfortable. Unfortunately, this review doesn't allow enough photos to be shared, but the room includes a nice sitting area with two stuffed chairs and a small table. The room also has a small fridge and microwave. The entire stay was wonderful, as it was very quiet. The room, building, and parking lot were clean and well maintained. Parking right outside my door. It's located in a place that is very easy to find and access, and directly across S. Broadway from the Rockingham Park Mall. Dozens of shops. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I fully recommend this as a place to stay.
