I appreciated the cleanliness of the inn. I like the fun color scheme with the greens and blues. The staff was very accommodating especially when I needed a band aid for an injury I got before arriving. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept well in the bed which is not my usual experience in hotels.

The location was hard to find as it is tucked behind a Dunkin Donuts and a Pressed Cafe and there are no signs indicating the entrance to the hotel is through those parking lots. The breakfast was awful. The eggs had a strange, very artificial texture, the bacon was rubbery and the turkey sausage lacked any flavor, and wasn't even warm out of the warmer.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn numerous times. The location is perfect for attending events at Merrimack College. The rooms are clean and spacious with work space, comfortable sitting, and amenities. The staff is welcoming and always available.

There is really nothing I don’t like about the property. My only suggestion for is that breakfast should be served until 10:00 instead of 9:30.

It is very difficult to find where to turn inti the property since it is not directly on the road but through the parking lots of two restaurants. The Holiday Inn sign is low to ground and about 8 x 10 inches in size. I passed by twice before going into restaurant and asking how to get to hotel. They laughed and said people are always having to inquire

I think the breakfast is a definite plus, however, I would prefer it not to end by 9:30 in the morning. Some of us are not leaving and as we are on vacation, don't want to rush to get up and get down by that time. The location is very convenient with close proximity to highway, stores, and my son...

As previously stated, extended breakfast time is needed Also, while I don't think it can be altered, entrance to the hotel is downright dangerous and easily missed. Perhaps better signage,

Easy checkin convenient to 495. Pleasant aspect to the interior and nice welcome from the staff there. Comfortable bed, well set up bathroom. Breakfast good.

Air conditioner very loud and turns on and off constantly. Not a lot of restaurants nearby without driving but that's hardly the fault of the hotel.

Nice breakfast with many options. Juice coffee and a nice variety of foods. Open at 6 am for ease of early departures. Overall good value and glad we stayed here.

Toilet was low rider with high water level for nice sack cleaning when sitting. Tall boy toilet would have been a help or lower water level. The TV cable feed was snowy at times but worked fairly well when I needed to watch the TV.

Very nice rooms. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is difficult to locate and access. I arrived at night and drove past it twice. GPS did not help. That said, my only real issue with the stay was that the elevators were a significant issue. One was inoperable the entire stay. The other one ran extremely slow. We were on the 4th floor. The operational elevator stopped working on the morning we left. My 90 year-old father had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, he made it down okay, but the elevators were a significant problem.

It was clean- a great room and just comfortable

Only 1 regular coffee k cup and 1 decaf- a few extras of regular would be nice- we are up early and one cup split between us didn't get us up and moving🙂

Room was super clean, beds very comfy, nice breakfast.

The location is good but difficult to get in and out between the highway, dunkin, and pressed.

People serving were terrific in all functions Great Chinese restaurant within walking distance

Fish smell when exiting elevator. They did correct it. Property was difficult to access at night. Poor signage.
