The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Every person we interacted with, from front desk to housekeeping, was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our king bed suite had plenty of room and was well laid out. The location is perfect, lots of nearby restaurants and easy accesa to all major highways. We went to Boston, NH, and Maine and all were really easy. Also, the property is at the end of a business park, so there were many nice walking trails. Loved the included breakfast, too.

The AC in the room was a bit loud.

Third time staying here. Great accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast fine. Swimming pool small but perfectly adequate for an afternoon swim. We particularly like the position of the hotel. Quiet, at the end of an commercial estate. Within a mile of two main freeways. Easy walking distance of three eating places. Two of which provide top quality food, both majoring on Italian cuisine but also typical american fare Within a few yards of beautiful countryside walks stretching alongside the River Merrimack. Not sure how far the walks can go but from the left of the hotel rear we walked a round trip of 12 miles and could have continued as far as the eye could see. Turning right we only walked 3 or 4 miles but again looked never ending, but the pathways were tight. Thoroughly recommend

The pool and free breakfast are good bonuses to any stay away from home. Although we didnt have a chance to do either.

I didnt like the fact that I was not made aware of the extra $100.00+ charge id have to pay upon check in for room insurance. That should have been mentioned during the initial payment and decision to stay there. I also didnt like that in order to have everyone sleep alone I had to order two separate rooms. There was no way to split us up with the amount of kids we had.

This is a good place to stay for one night as tourists if you want to have a night near to Boston, but not in Boston. Easily reachable from Logan airport in less than an hour. Room was good except the pull out sofa was not very comfortable to sleep on. Pool was great. Breakfast was ok, the typical waffles were missing. But the yogurt was better than in other hotels. Staff at reception was kind.

Pull-out sofa not very comfortable. So if you are travelling with more than four guests be aware of this.

Beautifully landscaped entrance in a quiet area just off the highway. My family stayed 2 nights comfortably. Cozy beds, perfectly clean. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and grab and go items. I dipped my feet in the clean and clear pool for a bit. Most of all my husband and I enjoyed walking the trail out back to the river both mornings. Every staff that served us was so friendly and diligent. So happy to have found a great place to stay by our family.

Honestly, the eggs were over cooked but that is the only thing I can think off that was disappointing.

The rooms were reasonably big enough. It was also very clean and I must say, the staff was incredible. They truly know about service and they did everything to make sure we were happy with the stay. We even had one night where some of the customers were very loud and the staff handled everything with so much grace. Top Tier.

Not sure if it’s me or my unAmerican mind but what they called Pork sausages were actually burger patties and they looked grey. I couldn’t even bring myself to trying them because they looked nothing like meat.

The rooms are spacious, clean and with new furniture. The hotel has amenities such as a treadmill in the gym and a small pool that suits my needs. The hotel has a breakfast service, which is the breakfast standard in many hotels. This one has enough options so you can have a proper breakfast that suits the likes of my family members such eggs, sausages, breads, pastries, dairy, and waffles.

- For breakfast, we needed more fresh fruit options. - Book through the hotel page so you have the rewards. - That's it.

breakfast was good, but it should be noted that none are great that are included. Location is very good with access to route 93,and it is very quiet .

the couch was a little uncomfortable but appears to be standard at these hotels and it can be used as sleeper.this has nothing to do with hotel but for future travelers you should avoid the Chateau restaurant that is close by.

Excellent layout of room. Requested close to elevator and got it! Good breakfast selection.

Toilet is way too low even for a middle-aged adult. In addition, no grab bars near toilet. Each “trip” was an experience. I didn’t particularly like the location. I am a native of the Merrimack Valley and was visiting family and I couldn’t figure out where I was! More prominent signage along Minuteman Road might have been helpful.

Great remodel, rooms are clean and fresh. I had stayed her several time prior to the remodel, so I know what has changed. I am surprised the entire place seemed to be recarpeted except for the elevators?? That's odd.

The breakfast buffet is good if you are only there one night, if you are there multiple nights or weeks in a row, it is less than desirable. The cereal options are sweet or unfulfilling (Residence Inn next door offers granola, which would be a great addition). The egg options are limited, no hard boiled eggs, or breakfast sandwiches, just watery scrambled eggs and little souffles occassionally. I have never seen bacon, and the waffles never seem to be an option (maybe they are on weekends only?) Would be nice to even get some canned fruit, like peaches, as an option.
