My partner and I like staying here because we can get an actual small 1BR apartment to stay in and hence each have our own bed if we want it. The place is well managed and very clean - I think it may also provide longterm housing for low-income local residents without other options but that doesn't bother us. The coffee in the morning is awful but thankfully there is a Dunkin' nearby.

For such a basic place that doesn't cost too much, this place is fine. There is also a small gym.

This feels like a hybrid hotel/apartment complex, which it apparently is, because it appears some people live there medium-or long-term given people with signs on their doors saying that they have dogs or cats. It is set in a very woodsy office park setting with walking/running trails around it (in the woods and by the Merrimack River) which made it quite nice. The outdoor firepit, full breakfast and fitness center were nice amenities. We enjoyed having an actual suite like a small 1 BR apartment with a kitchenette and couch in the living room that pulled out into a second bed. We'll definitely stay here again. At about $270 a night it was expensive but it seems the price of all chain hotels and motels has skyrocketed since covid.

The only quibble was that there was not a full sheet set provided for the pullout couch and we had to order those up, but no biggie.

The staff is great, the location is good for everywhere I want to go. they are very pet friendly. I feel safe when I am there. Mostly, the most handicapped friendly hotel I've been in. multiple access ramps and low door sills for good access.

their tv station selection is horrible. the place is starting to show it's age. the breakfast is no better than hotels that I have paid less than half the room rate to stay in. As far as the handicapped access, room doors are difficult to open one handed. and in the bathroom, easy access to roll in showers is great but once u get in there the handheld shower head is set at the highest point, over 6 feet high. Impossible for a wheelchair bound, or short person to reach without calling for help. Additionally, the shampoo, and soap supplies are also glued to the wall at a 6 foot height. I could not reach them.

Great room set up! Loved the kitchenette, got to spend more quality time as a family since we did not have to go out to eat.

The breakfast Buffett could have had a few more hot choices and an added waffle maker would have been perfect so there wasn’t so much waiting.

when we arrived, very late, we were welcomes warmly and kindly by a wonderful receptionist. we witnessed gestures of kindness towards other guests and were helped with affectionate solicitude. the room had everything, a small kitchen, a microwave, even a dishwasher, towels were quality towels, impeccably clean and fluffy and we were offered breakfast even though we arrived late …. a wonderful place to stay when cold and rainy, cannot imagine when it is warm and sunny and it is possible to enjoy the pool!!! thank you!!!!

the shower regulator is tricky and needs to be handled carefully

I've stayed here before. Staff is always helpful and accommodating to special requests. Plenty of places to walk your dogs and several poop bag and disposal stations.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day and really blah. I dont like sausage, so I would like to see bacon once in a while. Also, your orange juice is like water with weak orange flavoring. Not really much to complain about, but you asked.

We had to stay while our home’s interior was being painted, and we have two dogs. The property has lots of easy access to grass outside to do their business, and doggie stations with bags provided was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, too. Plentiful hot water, and a well-appointed kitchen.

There really wasn’t anything negative about our experience.

Some of the things in my room were broken. For the life of me I couldn’t find the front office from inside the hotel.

I’m disabled so there was a lot of walking everything so spread out that walking to breakfast was a tough one but that’s about all

The breakfast was good enough for my healthy-oriented diet. If I was a heavy or hefty eater, it may have been lacking. I do not eat red or processed meat so I didn't care about sausages or eggs, etc. Overall, everything was good enough for me to feel satisfied in the morning.

The amenities in the room could have been better. I feel there should have been complementary bottled waters. The body wash soap in the shower was empty so that was a minus. The complementary toiletries could have been better.
