We liked that it was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in! Also, we had a kitchen in our room and all the appliances worked, most were new appliances. Again everything was clean in the room! The service was excellent! We will stay here again if we are in the area.

It was a little outdated. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were outdated along with the stove, but other than that it was excellent. The stove worked and the cabinets were still in good condition. The outside of the buildings also looked like it needed some touchups.

The room was always clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and immaculate. The staff were also very friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Honestly, there really aren't any drawbacks to staying here! You always have access to what you need, the staff is always very accommodating, and everything is kept very tidy. There really isn't any other place like it!

I liked that it’s not like every other hotel. It had many different buildings which was something ive personally never seen. It felt very homey/apartment like which I enjoyed! The bed was amazing and although the balcony was very tiny, it was nice to be able to step right out for some air and still be in my room.

The rooms could use a little tender love and care! I’m my room, my boyfriend found that our kitchen sink was leaking onto the floor anytime we used it. The stove also had a broken burner too that probably should have been fixed before giving us the room. Our door to inside our room also didn’t shut well at all and we had to slam it Everytime. Other than those few things, the place was wonderful!!

The Staff were very friendly, they even offered me a various of rooms options and they were very helpful. The Room was clean and the housekeeping was sure to leave the room very neat and clean everyday, they made sure that I have everything I need. I was very happy staying with them and I will definitely come back.

The Bathroom was a bit old, I think the wallpaper needs to be changed and it needs more lighting, otherwise everything is good.

Very nice and clean. Room is very Big and spacious. We just stayed for a night. We liked it and we will definitely come back again.

There wasn’t anything that was not likable. But I must say before you jump into shower let the water running for few mins so you will get hot water. Instead of waiting.

Whoever cleans up the wall to wall carpet should retrieve all those “ little things” … I picked up some of them and I left them on the furniture …. May I advise somebody to walk bare foot and you will feel them … dry mud ?

Arrived after hours,lockbox worked great..instructions were clear. Clean, no smells..I was happy!

The only thing I would change would be to get rid of the 4 stairs down to my room( all suites have an outside entrance)

It was good place to stay while the Landlord was renovating my apartment. It was like my apartment as a matter of fact: comfortable and cozy.

It was near a noisy highway: The Everett Turnpike - not much you can do about that.

So spacious, absolutely the best staff and it was very clean! We can not wait to come back! It is SO child friendly! Our family loved it, coming back next year for a whole week!

That we couldn't make the vacation longer! But we rebooked for next year and are going to stay a week this time!

Super clean and quiet. We had a studio, but it was actually a loft/duplex with a 2nd floor offering an extra bed and an extra bathroom, which is super convenient for a family. We had the building that closest to the highway, but it was actually very quite inside, we basically heard nothing and had a very good night sleep. Definitely will stay again.
