The breakfast was excellent, and the room had amenities that I was not expecting, such as a small refrigerator and microwave. It also offered an iron and hair dryer, which are not commonly included these days. The room itself was very pleasant and the bathroom was fine. I was attending an event at a country club in Andover and drove in from NW CT. In terms of proximity to my destination in Andover and proximity to highway 495, it could not have been better.

I didn't spend much time in my room other than to sleep, but the view of the air conditioning units was not my favorite, although I was on the highest floor and they weren't directly outside.

Don was great he was the check in staff! We read the reviews and we were excited to meet him and well he lived up to expectations! He was a pleasure! The rooms were very clean the beds were super comfortable! Loved that there was a smart TV! Overall great hotel! Highly recommend!

Nope nothing at all!! Maybe more doors around the hotel that had key access? At night the parking lot was packed and we had to bring our bags quite a distance. Other than that no issue!

We liked how clean the place was, maybe because it was newly renovated. And the housekeeping services were done every other day as stated. Just a bummer that breakfast was not served for free, and 18 bucks per person is a bit steep, considering they serve the same food as any other inns. And free coffee is only served during breakfast time, otherwise you’d have to pay for them. But our stay was great otherwise. Room temp was easily set/adjusted, water pressure and temp was good.

Just the lack of free breakfast and coffee served all day.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to have breakfast because of an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I emailed the facility twice (at the time of the reservation and then the week before) to see if we could possibly check in a little earlier because we had a 4pm event to attend, (about a 20 minute uber ride from the hotel). I didn't get a response either time. When we arrive at the hotel from the airport (at approximately 1:40pm on a Tuesday) I explained the situation again to the clerk at the desk but she immediately said we'd have to wait until 3pm. I was disappointed that a little more effort wasn't put into trying to help us. We sat in the empty lobby and waited. At 2:30, the clerk waved me over to the desk and said we could go to our room. While I definitely appreciated the extra half hour, a little more accommodation would have been appreciated.

Wonderful location close enough to almost all of the attractions in the Boston/Salem area and yet not a congested area that feels too busy once you're ready to call it a night. Not much in the way of nightlife around it if that's what you're looking for, but as a better priced stay than downtown or elsewhere, this is a great choice. The night staff Melissa and Nate were both exceptional in both their professionalism and their all around kindness to us as it was our first time in Massachusetts. The next time we spend time there, we're definitely staying here again

They're currently renovating the building. This meant no pool or lobby breakfast area. That's not a slight to them, that will obviously be fixed once the project is done. I'm sure it'll be even better than what we actually had. Other than that, the only actual dislike we had was the shower water pressure just wasn't that great. But hell, that's just being picky if that's all we have to complain about I guess.

This hotel was very convenient, close to the highway and the elderly friend I was visiting. Everything was very convenient. A very pleasant atmosphere. The staff very nice and friendly. Thank You.

I am short and elderly, I had difficulty climbing into a bed that is so high. But I managed. No problem.

The beds were comfortable, the place was fairly clean, the pool was good (should add a clock in the area). The wings from the restaurant was good.

I wish the breakfast/restaurant was set up different.

hotel was beautiful, and just 30 minutes from Boston, which was great.

During our 3 night stay, our towels and linens were never changed. Didn't know how to request this service and we were rushing around for graduation activities so we didn't have time to research it. Also, it was a shame that breakfast wasn't included.

Clean, comfortable, new. The suite was a proper suite, with two separate rooms and one-and-one-half bathrooms.

The HVAC was loud and persistent. It was like trying to sleep on a plane. We rested, but the on-off ventilation woke me up several times.

I think it’s a great option if you have a car and want to stay in the Boston area without overspending. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Downtown, and the hotel offers free parking for guests. Also there are cafes, a movie theater, and supermarkets nearby.
