Great breakfast: with an assortment of both hot and cold opptions. The room was extremly spacious, well-mantained and clean. The laundry and 24hr market on site were also benificial and came in handy. --But the gentleman who checked us in on arrivial was the best part of our stay. He was very helpful, courtious and friendly which set us up for a great visit!

The $50 per night "accidentals fee" blindsided me as I had pre-paid for my stay and was not expecting such a large pending transaction on my card which took nearly a week to be reversed. --The location though close to varrious food options is in the middle of a highway so its hard to get in and out of.

Breakfast was tasty and the lady who worked on Sunday was amazing! Very welcoming. Rooms were very spacious! the two queen beds and the sofa bed were amazing!!!

I wish they would have changed the bed sheets. We were told they'd come every other day. Only trash was taken out but no bed sheet and we were there 4 days. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was a big bummer for us.

Friendly staff and they met our expectations.

The bathroom in the lobby could have been cleaner and there were a few places that really needed to be updated. The elevator floor tripped one of my kids because the tiles were not flush and one was fully popped out. Two key card entries, one exterior and the pool, did not function and was a minor inconvenience. However, the property just needs updates and those were some obvious, even if minor, examples.

Everybody was very courteous and whenever I asked for something they delivered. Mary at the front desk was very helpful and all the other people that worked there. Awesome time will definitely stay there again when coming to Massachusetts.

Nothing, everything was great!

Breakfast was very good with sufficient variety. Thank you for providing oat milk! I figured that might not be provided. The facility was quiet, generally, which I like. Staff courteously answered questions that I had. Beds were clean and comfortable.

One small matter is that since pets, particularly dogs, are permitted in room with the guest, there is the chance of persistent, irritating barking. That did happen, next door to our room, which was 515. The evening manager on duty was very responsive, contacting the dog owner. The barking stopped after an hour or so, but we still had to endure that during the 9 to 10 p.m. hour . Evidently the owner was not in the room from the afternoon through the evening, leaving the dog unsupervised. If guests want dogs in their room, they should not be allowed to leave them alone.

The beds were comfy. Close to Salem

There weren’t enough towels available and no soap was on the sink to wash hands. I had to call a lot at the desk to get soap and toilet paper and towel. Shower could’ve been cleaner and the soaps in the shower needed refilled

Located 30-40 minutes from in town Boston, the aquarium, museums, Harvard and the zoo. Located 15 minutes from Salem. Near several dining options. Good breakfast, staff and pool area.

Wasn’t the cleanest but you can’t really expect it to be perfect when there’s so many people going in and out of a hotel.

The bed was comfortable. Even the trundle wasn't too bad.

We stayed at a SpringHill Suites earlier in the week and they had a hot breakfast (not just continental). This one did not which was upsetting since we were headed to the airport and didn't have time to get a proper breakfast.

It was a nice place. The breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.

Depending on which way you entered the hotel from the street, entering in the back way was very confusing and there were no signs. Lots of people in the parking lot smoking marijuana.

This is our second time staying with our senior dog. The facility was great and the staff was friendly.

They had more selections of coffee and breakfast last time, and it left me with not much selection.
