Friendly staff and they met our expectations.

The bathroom in the lobby could have been cleaner and there were a few places that really needed to be updated. The elevator floor tripped one of my kids because the tiles were not flush and one was fully popped out. Two key card entries, one exterior and the pool, did not function and was a minor inconvenience. However, the property just needs updates and those were some obvious, even if minor, examples.

Breakfast was very good with sufficient variety. Thank you for providing oat milk! I figured that might not be provided. The facility was quiet, generally, which I like. Staff courteously answered questions that I had. Beds were clean and comfortable.

One small matter is that since pets, particularly dogs, are permitted in room with the guest, there is the chance of persistent, irritating barking. That did happen, next door to our room, which was 515. The evening manager on duty was very responsive, contacting the dog owner. The barking stopped after an hour or so, but we still had to endure that during the 9 to 10 p.m. hour . Evidently the owner was not in the room from the afternoon through the evening, leaving the dog unsupervised. If guests want dogs in their room, they should not be allowed to leave them alone.

Everybody was very courteous and whenever I asked for something they delivered. Mary at the front desk was very helpful and all the other people that worked there. Awesome time will definitely stay there again when coming to Massachusetts.

Nothing, everything was great!

Located 30-40 minutes from in town Boston, the aquarium, museums, Harvard and the zoo. Located 15 minutes from Salem. Near several dining options. Good breakfast, staff and pool area.

Wasn’t the cleanest but you can’t really expect it to be perfect when there’s so many people going in and out of a hotel.

The bed was comfortable. Even the trundle wasn't too bad.

We stayed at a SpringHill Suites earlier in the week and they had a hot breakfast (not just continental). This one did not which was upsetting since we were headed to the airport and didn't have time to get a proper breakfast.

The staff there was amazing. They help me out a lot with directions. Haley, Hannah and Toni we are very good. Toni, I have to say spend the greatest amount of time with me and even helped me update my phone so Google maps would give me verbal directions. she showed me on my own maps, which I had printed which saved me from grief going to the airport. She was really great. Hannah and Haley also were quite good and help me out. They all made my stay well worth it.

I really enjoyed the vegetarian options for breakfast because I am a vegetarian. I also do not eat eggs. I have milk, products. There was yogurt., bagels, and oatmeal. I would like to see whole wheat, bagels, and organic foods whenever possible.

Room size was great. Liked the couch with the roll out bed. Pillows were nice.

Breakfast was horrible! Soggy sausage and homefries. The breakfast pics online is what sold me on the location and it didn't live up to it. Could hear other guests in the hotel very late or very early and got woken up multiple times.

Comfortable room

The pool was under maintenance, not noted at time of reservation. After all, it is summer when people often make their choice acccordingly.

The room was absolutely wonderful . It felt like we were “at home” . I also loved how it was pet friendly . Everything was very clean and the breakfast was nice . We will be retuning !

The only complaint that I have is that the pool was closed completely . I usually only book hotels with pools/hot tubs and we couldn’t use either one . There was water in the pool, but no one was able to go in due to a sign that said closed. This is my only complaint . Everything else was really wonderful

The breakfast was pretty good! I enjoyed the sitting area too. Very cozy. The location was nice because it was right off the highway.

The only thing I can think of is the ice machine on the first floor not working. It was a little inconvenient having to go back up to the second floor twice just to get some ice for my family's cooler, but I understand that it was a unique situation. Just make sure all your ice machines are working. Besides that, the stay at your hotel was perfect!
