Location. Very comfortable location near shopping mall and restaurants. Great place when you travel to Boston to stay nearby. Room. We ordered Deluxe King room (#602) and it was amazing room that exceed our expectation. Very spacious room on the last floor with gorgeous view to sunset. Everything was clean and well made. Breakfast. Great and delicious breakfast was more than enough (all you can eat: eggs, potatoes, hush-browns, etc).

Mattress and pillow were completely no comfortable for us, I know this is very personal for each, but mattress was really soft, so I slept in big hole and wake up with back pain. Also there were 5-6 pillows on the bed and they have almost the same size, so there were too big for me and I could not adjust my sleep position during a long time.

great location to sport facility, fun activities, restaurants

we stayed at the Hyatt for 4 nights. the breakfast was mediocre. we had no bath towels and had to visit the front desk several times before any were available. one of the elevators was closed due to maintenance so sometimes the wait was longer than necessary especially since only 4 people were recommended at a time to use. our tv did not work upon arrival. by the second morning we had a new one. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating though. the room and entire hotel were very clean.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Joshua, the front desk employee, even went to the trouble of printing and highlighting train routes for us. We had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. My husband needed extra pillos and they happily brought four to our room. The breakfast was good. Standard powdered eggs, waffles, french toast, potatoes, sausage or bacon depending on the day. We were satisfied. The breakfast area was clean and constantly restocked. The property is in an amazing location with stores, restaurants, and entertainment within steps of the property. Overall , this was a great stay and great value.

I really enjoyed the stay. Although I think this is a critique of preference some travels might want to know that the blankets were thin. I preferred that they were light and thin. They were plenty comfortable and clean but if you get cold at night you may need an extra blanket.

I booked it for my great granddaughter 4 th birthday.because she love to swim,I called ahead to see if the pool was open.replied yes .well it was open ,but not heated it was 32 degrees outside.needless to say she was in the water for 15 minutes.was too cold .and we had to call front desk for towels .all and all it did not turn out well for her birthday

The property was super clean and close to amenities

There was a lot of young (middle school aged) hockey players also staying at the hotel. Parents didn’t keep a close eye on them so they were a bit wild everywhere you turned. Running in the parking lot at 10PM at night unsupervised while myself and others were trying to park. Hotel staff and stay was great so not saying as a bad review on the hotel itself but maybe those individuals needed to be spoken to.

Location is very good at Apex Center. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The cleanliness is also very good. Other hotels just clean on request after Covid, this hotel cleans every day unless you tell them not to. Good size rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good parking opportunities.

Breakfast is standard in US. Nothing special. The walls are not that thick and you can hear other hotel guests in the night. Rest was great.

The staff were excellent, and the location was great. Also, our room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a great experience overall and were grateful for the gym, breakfast, and friendly staff.

The pool area was pretty dirty, but there were also tons of hockey families there. I understand that may be out of the control of the staff to keep up with the cleaning for that area.

Easy access to lots of items in the area

Just one night we had requested new sheets while we left (have our bed remade) it was not done so we had to request again and were brought sheets in the wrong size then we finally got the correct ones and had to make ourselves. That being said the staff were all very nice.

Very convenient location. Able to walk to multiple restaurants and the Apex entertainment center. Easy access to highway. The breakfast had a great choice of hot foods as well as yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. Lobby area is open and inviting place for people to meet and hang out. There is also a lobby bar that is open every night from 5pm to 1AM

Dog barking from the room next door for hours on end. We never complained because felt there was nothing to be done other than remove people.

As some may know this is our second time at this hotel. We were very unhappy with this hotel on our last stay and made it known on this review. The hotel approached us with a deal on a second stay and we took it because its the right thing to do. The breakfast in our opinion still needs work but a lot of it also has to do with the guests also staying. But it was a little better this time. On our last stay I wrote how I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. On this trip after my last review the room was very well cleaned and had a great smell to it. I still realize how hard it is to get the rooms cleaned fast and efferently for the turnover of guests. But this trip was lots better and made us know we would be back again. The area offers lots of great restaurants and if you have kids the APEX building offers lots to do. One thing I would add is I've stayed at some very fine hotels and one thing they do that adds to comfort is aroma therapy. I scent that has been very well received is White tea and Fig and as a matter of fact I bring it with me to spray on every hotel we stay at.

Still need to find away to do a better breakfast but truthfully its hard when a lot is due to guests that just dont care about others. The woman serving food into the warming tables I believe was doing the best she could to keep food in on the tables but its hard to do that and also clean after people that have not problem dropping things and not cleaning up after themselves. The Hotel did a good job
