(1) Nice and modern from the front lobby to the room. (2) Very comfortable bed that I got a really good nights rest, which I sincerely appreciated! (3) Great shower and overall great room (4) More than enough electrical outlets everywhere and within reach to charge all of your various devices, equipment, etc... (5) Front desk staff was patient and pleasant

(1) Thermostat not easy or simple to use as it should be (2) Couch in the room was old, didn't match the other modern amenities or decor

I love the staff they were great. I was staying with my mum, sister and 17 month old baby and they were very accommodating to baby needs and were very friendly towards her.Good breakfast options but had to order out a lot for dinner as they did not have a lot options( but then again I was there for 30 days and needed different meal options). Location great close to rt 9,495, and very quiet place. Sometimes it got crowded and loud in the morning when needing to have zoom meetings for work as others would also be having meetings as there is no designated private area for business meetings,but this wasn’t a huge bother for me.

The shower got clogged easily in the room we were in and the staff fixed it right away. There were 2 fire alarms early in the morning 2 mornings we were there due to the grill which was a nuisance. If the grill is not fixed this maybe an ongoing issue on random days for guests you may want to fix this.

The location, new update since my last visit before Covid.

I am 79 years old and had problems with hooking up to wifi, no information in the room. The new shower with the stainless steel plate under the shower head was a pain, you almost had to break a wrist to tighten the knob to stop the water from dripping and making the continual pinging sound.

The location was convenient to everything but yet away from the noise, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was awesome. I loved that they have a restaurant in the hotel. I didn’t have to leave to eat. Highly recommend this hotel. I had to stay 3 jights for my dogs hip replacement and I felt at home.

Clean, comfortable, and modern

I could hear the room above walking around and no breakfast option other than a restaurant. 15 dollars for a breakfast bowl is a bit much.

This was one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in and I love they had a restaurant in the hotel. Very happy

The staff went out of their way for me with any of my requests. Very accomodating.

The room, flooring, fixtures and furniture were all very nice and in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was close to the start line for the Boston Marathon and was within easy driving distance of Logan International Airport.

The room was mostly very clean, but housecleaning had overlooked the sofa-bed which had been used by a previous occupant. Front desk staff offered a different room, but we opted for clean sheets and a fresh blanket and redid the bed ourselves. We would have appreciated having a microwave in the room to reheat coffee, etc.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and updated. Everything was very professional.

The location was in the middle of a research park. It was convenient in the sense that it was close to highways. It was also very safe. The environment overall though was not particularly nice.
