The bathroom was ok, it was clean with clean towels. Only missing thing is slippers in the room, tooth paste, tooth brush, shaving foam. The roomn cleaning everyother day is not enough, it must be everyday, the cleaning ladies cannot speak English and it is hard to communicate. The entrance of the hotel-lobby is muddy because of visitors and it is not cleaned often... There is no bottled water in the room. It is sold in the reception. You take such a great fee for staying but why don't you put bottled water in the room ? The reception and the people working were very friendly and helpfull.Especially thanks to Suzy. The breakfast room is narrow and the tables are so close, sometimes it is difficult to find a place to sit. The breakfast is nice. Only thing missing for breakfast is fresh tomatoes, green salad and fresh green pepper. Maybe addition of a few cheese types will make your breakfast unforgettable. Please keep some supply for Milk etc, as it finishes early but you are out of milk!!! Sincerely Rauf Yücel Anadolu

Room was spacious and well laid out. Felt comfortable with layout and thought I might come back to wrap up my novel when I need a quiet place to myself. When I had issues with an alarm (see below), the front desk staff were awesome when I reported it the next morning. The woman at the front desk was welcoming when I checked in and should get reward for her exceptional attitude.

The little "black box" alarm went off at 4:00 in the morning, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off or disable the appliance. I reported it to the front desk and sympathized and said they would follow up to make sure it didn't happen to the next guest staying in that room.

Breakfast was good, standard hotel fare (cereal, waffles, eggs, meat, drink machine, etc.) Filling, although the meat & cheese available was definitely processed/cheaper quality. A standard breakfast for a hotel of this type. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff tried to send bill to credit card company three times, other two did not go through (staff did mention other two would not go through), but definitely something I got concerned about. Issue was most likely staff, not the hotel itself.

What I liked about the property, was the vicinity of restaurants, stores and gas stations. I also liked how breakfast was included with our stay. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool, in my opinion I felt like the water was very cold, especially with adjusting the temperature. It made no difference in the water. For the most part, the property is very clean.

What I didn’t like was the size of the beds in the double room. There was no option to access Netflix or any other streaming service, besides the cable provider.

The location was fabulous, and the staff were very helpful. Our room was lovely, with much nicer touches than your average hotel. The parking was easy and plentiful. I loved that coffee was available all day long.

I think you need a hot tub. A pool is nice, but as I get older, a hot tube is a feature I look for when booking a hotel. Your breakfast was okay, but nothing fabulous. The Best Western, where we stayed last year, had a much nicer breakfast.

I ate like a king every morning and my room was very comfortable.

Not much to say but, if I had to nitpick I would’ve liked a lunch or dinner service that’s about it other than that my stay was nothing short of excellent.

The room and bathroom were a great size. Our girls really enjoyed the heated pool as it's larger than many hotel pools. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast the next morning. One other note..... Across the street at the Apex centre, there were lots of restaurant options to choose from! There is also a grocery store a walk away!

Everything was great....so I can't think of anything we didn't like

The location was perfect for dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and modern for the most part. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The heat was quiet which made sleeping more restful.

The drain in the bathroom sink could use a cleaning, as the water went down a bit slow.

The breakfast was very good! My personal preference would have been for whole eggs instead of egg white frittata, and a breakfast sausage instead of a kielbasa type sausage, but both were still very good and I was very hungry, so no complaints!

I really, really didn't care for the heavy fragrance in the provided bath products. I live quite a bit north of this location and wasn't anticipating an attack of seasonal allergies, and when I hoped that putting lotion on my face and nose in the middle of the night might help soothe my itchy skin, I was overwhelmed with the heavy fragrance. And then when I went to wash my hair in the morning, same cloying, heavy perfumed ickiness. I saw that it said zero% or something like that on the label and I just assumed, as I wasn't wearing my reading glasses, that it would be fragrance free. If I were a guy, I would probably be extra peeved at the smell in the shampoo, lol

The hotel was easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a perk. Accommodating to room location requests

There were three groups staying. We were a very small group. Two very large groups of highschool kids were there. They were extremely loud and roudy past midnight. Even after several requests to the front desk nothing was done. We felt because we weren't a large group, we didnt matter. It was disappointing
