Location, atmosphere, pet friendly and great room size. Every room is equipped with a small kitchen, all you need in a kitchen, a full size fridge and dishwasher. We enjoyed it very much. It was a clean cut kitchen which was very convenient. We had our fury baby with us and we couldn’t ask for more 😊. Staff were so friendly and they would make you feel at home.

Housekeeping, the cleaning is every other day which is ok. But they missed it once and I had to report it. They came the following day. We stayed there for 5 days and we had our room cleaned only once. We were short of towels and our garbage cans were full. We had to request for towels constantly.

This is a great property especially if travelling with family. The rooms are big and has a small kitchen with utensils and silverware. It also has a big refrigerator. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast was very nice, and coffee was great and available almost the day long along with some fruits. Parking is big and is free of charge. The train station is just across the street and the hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. I believe it was a perfect choice.

Extend breakfast hours for an extra 30 minutes. Some staff do not know to communicate in English. Rooms need to be properly checked before arrival (Shower gel and Shampoo were empty)

Clean room, big space, nice small kitchen with a full fridge. Bed was comfortable. Even though the property is close to the highway it was quiet.

The WiFi was pokey at times. You can pay to upgrade but at the price of the room I feel like I should be getting good, reliable WiFi. The hotel was priced the same cost as other, similarly starred hotels but as I’m in Worcester, MA, it feels rather pricey. I guess they charge what the market will bear but dang it adds up quickly.

spacious rooms, nice and clean, all good. Great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast is great but could have some variations over the week. All day identical breakfast buffet is a bit boring... Investment in an espresso machine would be great as the coffee served was almost ok, but not really exiting.

Great location - proximity to Union station and hence highly accessible and convenient. A suite format is very comfortable for extended stays - all facilities keeping long stays in mind. Courteous staff who made your stay worthwhile.

Wish the property had a well-stocked cafe accessible through the day. Breakfast menu was limited and very little variations everyday.

We went to a show at the DCU center which was a 5 minute walk. The location was great! It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I wish the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were lower in the shower! I am 5 ft 4 “ and could barely reach!

Spacious rooms, have more than needed. It is an apartment, not just a room - has a small kitchen and a ridiculously big fridge. The breakfast is ok, don't expect anything fancy. There were a lot of amenities (pool, gym, computers), but we didn't use them.

Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting. The coffee was not very good. The room view was dull (although we didn't expect anything due to the location).

Clean, friendly staff, easy to get too

Disappointed that continental breakfast wasn't served until 7. We had to leave for a sporting event at 6:45 and they wouldn't let us get something earlier. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was for pool & breakfast. When traveling with kids those 2 things are a priority.

We LOVED everything about this property! Literally everything. The staff was so helpful, polite and patient, the rooms were clean, comfortable and had anything we could have possibly needed, complimentary breakfast was delicious, I could go on. This place truly is the best in the area and we will definitely be staying there again!

Online checkout stated 12pm and cleaning manager stated it was 11am according to our booking paperwork. So we just packed up and left! It felt strange like we don’t have our own place by her statement.
