I think your breakfast array was absolutely amazing with such variety. It was extremely quiet and relaxing.

Key card to go up to room. Couldn't order take out or have intimate moments because I had to go down to get my guests/food which you have to get dressed appropriately. I didn't like the hidden fees that were not provided during my purchase of the room. Being charged $50 per day without knowing was quite the blow for my vacation. I had $250 extra I had no intention of placing on a credit card. Needs a little more detail to cleaning.

Cassandra was extremely pleasant and welcoming at check in. She helped me get quarters for laundry and provided the soap...when we are road tripping that is so nice to provide and extremely appreciated. The laundry facilities were so clean and easy to use. Breakfast is always good and very much appreciated also. The price we paid for this hotel was good value and we thought it was very cost effective for being so close to the Boston area.

Mario checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome. Our bedding was so comfortable, and we appreciated the automated room darkening shade. It’s a pleasure to see more hotels adopting refillable shower amenities (instead of all that plastic waste). I wish all hotel gave us the “continuous fan” option, because we slept better without the fan clicking on and off. Very nice experience!

Other guests were very loud (little children with bouncing, heavy footfalls) in the middle of the night, but the hotel couldn’t control for that. Kids will be kids.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a good variety and quality of food. The staff was friendly and professional. We got a smile and greeting as we came and went from the hotel.

We weren't sure how to indicate that housekeeping should clean the room. Didn't know if that was automatic or had to be requested. However, a quick phone call got us clean towels within 5 minutes.

Comfortable bed with pillows of different thickness and firmness. Size of the room was great, big bathroom had a tub. Traveling with our little dog we were treated friendly and were allowed to bring him to breakfast. Dog grass area had free poop bags and covered trash can.

Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. Dog grass area was a bit far from the entrance and we had to walk fast to "make it there in time".

The ice machine didn’t work on my floor and on the 3rd floor it was super tricky to get sensor to work. So much better if there was just a button

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly. It felt very safe, especially having to scan your key to go up a floor in the elevator. We got there 30 mins early and they let us check in. Breakfast was good & free. Kids enjoyed pool.

The beds were super uncomfortable. We both woke up with a back ache. Also a small stain on the carpet in our room but I wasn’t super concerned about it because everything else looked clean.

The size of the room including bathroom. The plumbing (toilet) was very good - better than most hotels I stayed in. Impressed by the attention from the breakfast staff. Very clean areas.

Breakfast food was disappointing. Typical fare, though quality of the food was barely adequate. Muffins were not edible. Fruit was limited to apples and oranges. Oatmeal was pasty. Coffee in hotel was similar to other hotels - not very good.

The cost of one night seemed very expensive and when booking the room the cost kept going up, even with booking.com the price was high. The tv was not working and I needed to climb on a table to get behind it and switch the wires.
