Location was perfect, I walked to the Palladium and back no issues. My concerns about parking were unfounded as there was plenty. The room was great, I am usually stuck on an upper floor in a loud corner but my room was first floor with a almost private entrance. Black out curtains were excellent, I almost forgot it was daytime.

Getting on to the internet was a little confusing. It was public access but then you had to sign in on the website that wouldn't load because of my virus protection. While the shower was excellent, the handle felt like I was going to unscrew it every time I used the shower.

Our stay cost more than any other Marriott on our weekly vacation. When eating breakfast, we were given plastic utensils to eat with. One knife broke & a tong on a fork broke. Surely the hotel can afford real utensils. Very disappointed. It would have been nice to have creamer in a pitcher instead having to open a bunch of packets. Improvements can be made.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great location.

That we had to pay extra for parking- especially since it was outside. I thought the room price was a bit high as well, though I know it was jacked up due to it being a holiday weekend.

The restaurant was really nice with a varied choice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was a relaxing experience. The staff were approachable and pleasant

Room was a comfortable size and beds were comfortable. Loved the fire place in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cosy atmosphere.

Having to request cleaning. I did request cleaning of bathroom everyday as we had 4 adults sharing. However, bathtub was not cleaned and was only cleaned on the last night, after having to complain at reception. However, it was a very busy time due to the FLL competition guests.

Paying extra for parking and no free breakfast included in the price

Very convenient to the highway, and restaurants. This hotel is always clean, comfortable beds and rooms. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful this trip. Staff is always friendly.

The only slight inconvenience was we had to ask for room cleaning/towel exchange. It would be nice to have a couple bottles of water each day, and maybe even a snack in he lobby.

Due to travel issues I arrived early 10:06am on Thanksgiving day and hadn’t eaten anything since I left home at 4am. They let me into my room and asked the cook to stay, though the kitchen had closed, and she cooks me the best breakfast sandwich ever!!

Pool closed way to early. It says 10pm close, but was locked by 8:30pm. No breakfast included, n was very expensive to buy.
