Honestly, I was a little worried about going here because of the recent change in management and a few recent reviews, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The furniture probably needs some replacing though, like the chair and couch in the living room. The tvs were pretty bad too. But this place has tons of potential and we enjoyed our 1 night stay. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. We even had a little slider in the bedroom to a little stoop outside in our first floor room. I think if they update the tvs, that would give this a 9 star review. Update the living room furniture too, and it'd go up to a 10 star review. I think the hours for the office are not great, and they don't offer breakfast, but for the room size and the price, this was a great place to stay, and I recommend it.

Tvs were pretty ancient and the picture was kind of unwatchable. The chair and couch in the living room were slightly dirty and worn.

This long term stay hotel worked out wonderfully for our holiday vacation! We were at Avia for about a week. While the rooms are older, they were very obviously clean and we had enough clean towels and linens for the week. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen so that we could eat breakfast and even a couple lunches on our own before visiting family and friends each day. I had to bring a breakfast casserole to a family event and all I needed was a disposable 9x13 foil pan. Otherwise the kitchen had what I needed and the oven worked perfectly! It was easy to access highways to get to various locations in the Boston/Worcester area. While we did not need any services during our stay, Graziela was very helpful in communicating prior to our arrival so that we were very easily able to check into our room in the wee hours of the morning—which was not during their regular office hours. I would totally stay here again!

Clean unit, convenient location, practical layout, pet-friendly (with dog park and waste bag dispenser), lots of room amenities, ample free parking, great value. Kitchen provided all the essentials. We felt like we were renting a mini one-bedroom time-share apartment for an overnight. Management, maintenance, and grounds crew clearly care for this property which inspires the user to respect and enjoy the space. Upon check out, we found the hotel staff friendly. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This one has it all. We will return.

Need to check in by 530 pm because hotel employees get to go home. However, the super-organized staff stream-lined the after-business hours check-in process. Anticipating our later arrival, they prepared very well, leaving us clear, detailed instructions how to find our unit and reach out if there were any issues. Communication was excellent during pre-registration process, and we found our way easily enough to settle in without any problems. Breakfast is not provided. However, we were able to cater to our specific dietary needs by preparing ourselves a hot, home-cooked meal in our unit's efficient kitchen. Perhaps this is why the hotel rate is reasonable and competitive. Overall, zero complaints.

Location for the Boston Marathon was great. located close to the main motorways so getting about was easy. beds were comfy and rooms had plenty of space with cooking facilities and fridge./freezer. good value with plenty of parking.

There was no kettle for making tea and only a small frying pan (a large sauce pan was later provided). some machines didnt work in the gym and half the equipment was missing.

I stayed at Sonesta while some of my house was getting renovated. I loved that I could bring my pets ( dog and cat). It was really comfortable little suite. Small but well functioning kitchen, AC, good wifi and I liked there were doors between the bed room and small living room/kitchenette. They have breakfast included but I never took advantage. It was pretty quiet and I liked they came once a week for cleaning instead of daily. Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our stopover. Provided adequate privacy and room for a family. It was safe, quiet, clean, and a good value.

Everything was wonderful with one exception. If your family is relying on the pullout sofa couch as a bed, the mattress is extremely thin and the bars were hitting our backs and couldn’t be used. One person just ended up sleeping on the closed up couch instead of pull out mattress. An improved mattress would solve that issue. Other than that, thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Overall the residence met our needs. It was great to have the kitchen available to us. The cleanliness is was great and the size of the room was big enough eventhough we were 3 people. We had to use the sofa bed which was not the best. If you need to use it, better be a small person or else you will feel the springs!!! Very happy with our stay, the location was great as we had access to a bunch of stores really close by in our car.

Stayed a month with my child for Summer camp at Fayschool. Below comments made based on long term stay (1 month) - Friendly staffs except higher managers - Specially house keeping and cantten staffs were nice. - Swimming pool. sports court - Kitchen for cooking - Free parking - Wifi: pretty fast - Worth for long stay - well working on cooling and heating

- Felt so bad when trying to take some food out to the room, while others all packing big food box. There was even paper bag for take out - Would say i was discriminated a couple of times. - Room was extemely old and furnitures were worn - Specially carpet and sofa was not clean and smelled a lot for whole stay period. - No offer for changing the room due to high peak seasom - Not enough kitchenware and worn and not maintained well. - Laundry and dryer was 3 USD each which is okay but not maintained. Kinda dirty. No choice to use. - Young guys smoked weed in front of child at the swimming pool and a lot of pot smell around - only running, stepping machine and bumbbells - bathroom was not clean. Lots of hairs came out at the first day: I bought some cleaning stuffs to clean up

I just spent 1 night. I arrived after normal hours and left the next morning before the front desk opened so I never really interacted with anyone. It was a good place to stay and convenient, I may book a room next year.

The elevator was out of service. It wasn't necessarily a deal breaker but I do have a disability and was very disappointed when I saw the sign. Luckily I was there for only 1 night and I didn't need to take much stuff to the 2nd floor.

Receptionist was nice and very helpfull , she provide many info about the transportation and surroundings . Room was amazing ! Clean and very comfortable , we had all we need for a 3 days vacation .Pool - very clean and heated .Pool area- amazing chairs for relaxation . This hotel gives you the impression that you are in a South America resort vacation , the buildings concept and vegetation are different than all other hotels I stayed . Basic breakfast but exactly what we needed to keep us full for half day. The lady at the breakfast station , Alicja , is a wonderfull person .She was helping and assisting everyone ; with a big smile on her face she was welcoming the guests in the breakfast area .Made an impact on us , a good one . Overall ..we will go back next year for more days . 35 min distance from Boston .

Mosquitos - too many and very agressive . Evening time you are eaten alive by mosquitos , no guest was outside even if we wanted to spend some time near the pool or at the garden tables . Was my boyfriend bday , I call the reception lady and she promised that in the room will be a happy bday printed page ..as a surprise .Is not part of her job , but if she promised she should keep her word.
