EVERYTHING! the lobby is beautiful spacious and comfortable! The suite was amazing! very clean and well stocked with everything you need, we were surprised to find out the suite had its own nice kitchen area with table for two to have dinner , dishwasher , huge refrigerator, two electric stoves , and also all the cutlery and porcelain plates/cups glass cups / pots and pans to cook when you don’t feel like ordering out or going out to eat. beds were extremely comfortable, view from our suite was phenomenal. pool was wonderful not too cold at all very warm around the pool area and pool was super clean which I loved! the breakfast was awesome we stayed 4 nights and saw that they serve different options for breakfast daily . lady that was in charge was on top of restocking breakfast items. again , everything clean, bathrooms in lobby clean. I was able to do some work in their complementary computer access with printers. complimentary tea coffee and hot cocoa all day was a huge plus. Gym area was nice as well. They also have grills and tables outside for guests to use whenever they please and on Wednesdays they host a gathering with drinks and food items. Variety of games available for family play in lobby area , I mean , we’ve been everywhere when it comes to hotels. We thought the embassy by Hilton was our favorite. Homewood Suites in Berlín MA is now our favorite and will definitely be our go to. we asked for housekeeping on the 2nd day and they delivered tremendously! stocked us up on toiletries and towels and also changed our sheets! LOVED the friendly staff always there to answer any questions politely. This place is awesome and well worth the money spent here! We will definitely be back very soon!

EVERYTHING! it was everything we needed and more already wrote a detailed review before this one, just scroll down and search for it . initially booked to stay 2 nights but we loved the place so much we booked two more nights then one more night and we don’t want to leave :( so we have stayed a total of 5 nights honestly this place feels like home. value for your money don’t stay anywhere else!

nothing we absolutely loved everything

Thé room was absolutely amazing! It felt like we were in a little apartment with everything we need ready for us. The comfort and room was just fabulous.

We didn’t like the breakfast because there weren’t a lot of different choices of things to eat. Plus, there wasn’t a lot of food.

The food was great, the staff was very friendly and kind.The room was very comfortable and met our needs very well, we were in and out a lot for a hockey tournament. The facilities like the gym and pool were awesome

This is reaching a bit but you could use bigger trash and recycle bin in the room. We spent a fair amount time in the room and the bins filled up quick. The pull out couch could use an upgrade more sooner than later.

It was a great experience. The front office staff were great, very welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. The property was clean and in good repair. The room was a great size. It was also comfortable. Breakfast was good, and staff were actively clearing and cleaning. Good to see!

The lift wasn't working for the duration of the stay, which would present a challenge for persons using assistive devices such as wheelchairs and strollers etc.

Big and spacious entrance, friendly staff and comfortable room. The simple coffee brewer is great

All was fine. I would have liked a couple more coffee bags for the coffee brewer in the room and with I had asked at reception if I could have more.

The Hilton app was cool. Keyless access with mobile. Dunkin’ nearby and breakfast was good. Room was clean and I was constantly checked on my phone by the manager to see if I need anything to improve my stay

I loved everything about the place, the only thing I would have loved was to have more variety at breakfast, other than that everything was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Loved our room as well 😀

We tried to go swimming the morning we were checking out, it was the only time we had all weekend, and the pool was closed.

the room was really big compared to other hotels in city like Boston. there was a kitchen- small cooking was available. the breakfast was includable

the bathroom was just normal. not really modern or good quality but it was clean since we didn’t really expect that much. entire room did smell stinks like smoks but it was okay.
