Very nice & clean. Well located.

The staff wasn’t present. We waited 30 minutes on someone to come check us in, we rang the bell at the desk 3 times & even tried to call the location. No answer. Finally after almost 30 minutes someone came around the corner to check us in. And then he was mad and rude because we asked for 2 more towels for our room. We had 4 people in our room, only 2 towels. So we were only asking for enough for each person to have 1

Very quiet easy access to the room check in and out was smooth

The trash by the front near the room you could smell when you opened the door or walked by main entrance, the toilets were very low being 6'3 it was mild inconvenient, the phone in the room had cigarette burns and a few of the sheets and blankets also had cigarette burns, the safety lock on the inside of the room was snapped off

Bed could’ve had better mattress

room is cheaper if u smoke $107 doesn’t make sense to me why I have to pay more $114 because I don’t smoke they’ve got it mixed up I would say

They didn't get mad when we checked out later than we were supposed to that's definitely a bonus and no extra charge either

Easy off and on highway. TV worked and got many channels, heater worked. Wifi.. This doesn't always happen at cheaper motels.

Toilet was too low.

Everything else. Was fine

I was not told there was a $100 hold. So it really set us back. Had to skip dinner,and some other things. Since I had already paid for the room online.
