I stayed at the Westboro Inn for 1 night while I was in town for a work training. The owner greeted me when I arrived and offered me complimentary coffee or tea. He already knew my name which was very nice! He gave me options on which floor I would like to stay on. The check-in process was very quick and I was given recommendations on nearby places to eat that were within walking distance and the same sheet was provided in the room. The room was immaculate! It was very spacious and had a mini fridge, a microwave and a very nice flat screen television. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was much larger than other hotel bathrooms. I had no issues with noise being on the first floor. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was spotless! The desk clerk (Brenda) and manager (Paul) were really thoughtful. The location was nice because I could walk from the Inn to local shops...there was even a sale at Westborough library which I was able to check out. Alsi Paul's dog, Stella, was lovely. I was missing my pups and Stella helped me. Awesome donut shop, Rocco's, just a little walk away...

The hot weather...but that was not the Inn's problem😁. Unfortunately they didn't have NESN so I missed a couple of Red Sox games against Tampa Bay, just before the All-Star break

Very friendly, the owner provided useful information including about food options, and the room was exactly what we needed—very clean, simple, comfortable, quiet, with great light-blocking curtains. It was great. Also within easy walking distance of a bunch of restaurant options for both supper and breakfast (we had excellent meals at the Korean place and the diner, highly recommend). Would definitely come back and recommend!

The hot water took awhile to come on, and the switching function for the water, from tub to shower, didnt quite work, but it was fine overall!

Good value for what you get. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. They also offer free coffee and tea in the office. There is no elevator at the place, so get a room on the first floor if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

I paid more to get a room with two twin beds to be more comfortable as I was traveling with my kid. However, the beds were narrower than what I'm used to. Both of us felt like we were falling off our beds at some point during the night. So I would either not pay extra for two twin beds or just get a king-sized bed next time.

kind fun pleasant manager, super clean room w great bed and updated bath. temp control manager left my license in printer (not so good) but i didn't notice (that's on me) and he was super when i called, apologized more than once, sent me a copy, and mailed it to me. really appreciated it!

dog barking until midnight, baby crying also so noise was really the only issue for us. realize folks without homes need space (i'm a community nurse) but it was a lot to pay to need to cover my head w a pillow and keep TV loud for partner to sleep

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was super hot. It was close to everything I needed in the area. Staff was really nice (especially Stella) & always made sure we were taken care of. Complimentary coffee/cocoa in the lobby area. Free parking. Great value for the price.

The walls were pretty thin & the building was on a pretty busy road...so someone who is noise sensitive might be bothered.

It is an easy walk to the restaurants and shops in Westborough. The property appeared to be very recently remodeled with tasteful, contemporary fixtures and furnishings. Great mattress and very clean.

There was nothing I didn't like. If I were to offer a suggestion for improvement, I'd encourage the owner to do some pretty landscaping around the property.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and accommodating! The rooms were clean, check-in was easy, and the grounds were well-kept.

The parking was on-site but a little awkward. They have set up a nice patio with tables outside, which is very nice, but I think if they add some trees / plants for shade, maybe it would be lovely.

The room was fine. Capsule coffee is always available downstairs. Enough place for parking. I didn't have big expectations, and I wasn't surprised by what I saw.

The town is very small and struggling with economic activity a little bit. The shops and restaurants will be closed after 9-10 pm in the area of almost 10 miles around.

They are in the process of renovation, all of the rooms I have stayed in have been the newly renovated ones, which I have found quite nice. Here is what I would say though, if you are looking for amenities, this may not be the place for you. The front desk is a video monitor kiosk with a remote worker. There are no closets, (although there is a place to hang clothes in most of the rooms) or drawers, iron, or ironing board. There is a refrigerator and microwave. The location is nice as well, it is only a couple of blocks from the old down town with restaurants. It is five-ish minutes from a Walmart and the new business area. It is also five-ish minutes from the Westborough MTA station.

The bathroom sink is small, but is not one I have to live with so... Beyond that the only thing I can think of is as it is an older building, so there is not much in the way of noise mitigation.
