The facilities and location were excellent, the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The only small concern that we had was we requested handicap assessable, but it really wasn’t. We found out there were only two handicap assessable rooms in the hotel and neither were available. It all worked out And I’ll be staying there again in December.

There was nothing we did not like about the hotel, the facilities, the location or the staff. It was all very good.

The hotel was modern and clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful and kind. Breakfast was included and was tasty. The woman in the cafe was fantastic from a customer service perspective.

There was no hot water to take a shower or wash up in the evening

Great location. Friendly staff. Lobby, common areas and hallways were modern and clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pet-friendly. Nice restaurant in the hotel.

The A/C unit was a bit noisy. No hairdryer in the bathroom but not a big deal.

The location was great for the purpose we visited.

The breakfast options could have been better. The restaurant area was being re-carpeted when we traveled.

Loved that the bed was a platform bed so our kitty could not crawl underneath. Great location, accommodating staff, delicious dinner - we'll be back!

The welcoming staff was lovely and the beds were super comfy. Loved being able to watch my Netflix on the TV as well.

The room costed us almost 400 canadian for one night which was pretty steep.

Very good location and the staffs are so friendly. Hospitality was amazing, in fact extended the stay more than the planned days because of the comforts and their services.

There was a power outage on the street. The staff went out of the way to work with family members who could not stay in a hotel with no power.

Courtyard by Marriott Marlborough is a great place to stay. The customer service i received upon check in was exceptional. Had a great experience during my stay. The hotel rooms are a great size, clean and spacious. Though a little far from Logan, it was centrally located for my travels. I had a good stay and I would highly recommend.

Very close to the hockey arena, very kid friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great area to explore. Very clean rooms and lots of space
