the room was clean, large well lit. The breakfast was to be expected, which is good. My boyfriend has a sensitive stomach and he had no trouble with the food.

The laundry room was very disappointing. It seemed like half of the machines were unplugged, and the one washer that was plugged in had a lot of mold growing in it. we originally planned on doing laundry, but ended up bringing enough clothes that we didn't need to

Room was very clean, bed was comfy and the pillows were too. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Tons of outlets, nice to have a fridge. Lobby had iced lemon water always available and was a nice touch. A/C worked great.

The TV channels available were very limited. I had to sleep with ear plugs as there was a fire alarm in the hallway beeping that needed batteries (I’m annoyingly sensitive to sounds like that, my boyfriend didn’t even notice)

We were first given one room and the cleaning crew had not finished cleaning it yet. We alerted the staff immediately and they were so accommodating and pleasant We had a new room in no time. Again they were nice, helpful and polite.

Even though it is a smoke free hotel, our bathroom did smell of cigarettes.

The room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked to receive fresh towels every day and have the garbage emptied. During our stay, this occurred once. Breakfast was comparable to other facilities we had stayed in.

Our stay was Christmas week and everything was wonderful; very clean and comfortable , breakfast was fresh and delicious, festive holiday decorations…staff was amazing - warm, welcoming, very professional. Great job Comfort Inn Boston Milford!!

The person on the Night Shift while I was trying to check in, could not help me with my applying online. I am my member and she kept calling me prices that were way higher than what I could get on booking.com, etc..☹️

The hotel has greatly improved since we have been here!!!! The beds are extremely comfortable!!!! The new heating system is very good!!! The room smelled so good when we walked in it was a welcoming scent!!! The improvements are impressive!!!! I liked staying here before but it’s so much better now!!! Thank you Comfort Inn for a wonderful weekend!!!

The staff was professional, friendly, and quite helpful. The location was perfect because they did not have a restaurant, but there were several across the street. Very comfortable bed ... super comfortable, actually Breakfast was very good ...

Loved the hotel and its location (across the street from a shopping center).

The fragrance used in the foyer and lobby were overwhelming. I have a breathing problem and the smell was very strong.

Location and price are very good

The room was left at 80 degrees. Understanding the outside temps were in the mid twenties - 80 degrees much too hot and it took hours of running the fan to get the temperature in the room back to low 70s
