Breakfast was very good. It was fresh and the staff was very attentive to its quality of the food and the cleanliness of the breakfast room. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Just a additional shout out to your front desk manager , Praise, - she was awesome. She knew we were there to spend time with our parents in Assisted Living. When we came back each night, she asked how things went. She knew we were dealing with a sad and difficult holiday, her empathy was very appreciated.

Locations is great. Quiet and peaceful. Staff friendly. The breakfast was great and the breakfast crew was amazing leaving it always stock.

Our restroom had a shower door that wouldn’t close. Report it and they responded “sorry it’s like that.” Our last night a huge garden bug was found in the restroom.

The staff were incredible and I absolutely LOVED the amenities that were offered. Everything was clean, everything was accessible, and all the staff were kind!!

I could hear a lot of honking, and the garbage truck and that is also something that is just going to happen, like, regardless.

Very clean and modern. Room was much bigger than most. Shower pressure was great. Good kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not great. How about some bacon and pancakes? Fresh berries? Would like an electric tea kettle in room.

Heating system poor. Room was always too hot or too cold and system was noisy.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good.

Two elevators…one elevator was not working, so it was often a long wait when coming or going anywhere.

Large hotel. We used all of the conference rooms and the grand ballroom. Clean and lovely.

Construction was a bit noisy.

Very easy to get in and out of given the location. Quiet at night, and everyone was very helpful
