I would like to know what the consequences for the individual who set off the Fire Alarm at 12:13 in the morning. I found out when checking out it was set off by a person who was vaping? What is the consequences for the person who inconvenienced every one of your guests. All were forced to walk down from 1,2,3,4,5, and 6. I happened to be on 6. Were the fire and police officials given access to this person?.. I want an answer or will have to take other levels within and without the hotel Robert J Graff

Fairly new property. Ample parking in well lit parking lot. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The property and our room was very clean and well maintained. AC worked perfectly, as did the TV. Great shower, nice amenities. In room coffee was good although only 1 decaf and 1 regular.

Rooms have plank vinyl flooring which causes the rooms to be noisy. Inconsiderate people staying in the hotel with loud voices and conducting FaceTime calls in the hallway at 1:20AM. The room is a large room and is very sparsely furnished. No chairs to sit in - only a bench with a working table. No closet, no dresser but it’s clean and it’s new. I have no idea what this brand is trying to be!! I tried to order 2 glasses of wine to take back to our room at the empty bar and was told hotel policy prohibits this. You can only order a drink per person. This is a stupid policy. I’m a Grandfather and ended up getting 1 glass for my wife and didn’t care to make a second trip downstairs for myself.

Conveniently located for my trip from Boston to Middletown to watch my son play baseball at Wesleyan. Bed was more comfortable that my bed at home. Sheets of very good quality although pillows were mediocre at best. It was handy having a bar on site that served snacks because it was too late when I arrived to go out for dinner. Barman was very friendly and chatty.

Breakfast options were poor. Reception was friendly but a little distracted.

I liked the convenient location and the comfiness of the room. The bed was like a cloud and the pillows were to my liking. The room was modern and had all the amenities I needed.

I wish the hotel had a full breakfast option because I didn't like the minimal to-go options located in the pantry area in the lobby. I wish I couldn't hear people walking around the hotel at 6 AM on the day daylight savings time ended because I really could've enjoyed sleeping in but that's hotel life!

The hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable and the bathroom looked brand new. It was also very quiet.

I guess if there was one negative it would have been the fact you had to purchase breakfast. We don't generally eat a big breakfast but it would be nice to have a complimentary muffin or bagel.

The Hotel was very well maintained. Very modern and sleek. The location was great; lots of places to choose from to eat and located just 10min from Natick Mall. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great perk as we were traveling with our boys. The outside lounge area is a great space- had it been warmer outside or the fire lit we would have made more of an effort to enjoy that space.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. My only suggestions to improve the hotel would be adding a microwave to the rooms and to add curtains to help darken the room more than just the blackout shade they currently have in place.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a big shopping mall. We found our dinner restaurant by gazing out the window and then stretched our legs with a walk through the shopping mall. It is a somewhat soulless area, but utilitarian.

There was nothing quaint about the hotel or the area in which it is located. But it is easy to find and does the job.

Room was modern, spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, with nice pillows and linens. Great bathroom and modern shower. Very updated. Supplied Coffee in the room was good. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating.

Our room had a chemical smell from cleaning supplies? when we arrived but we opened the window to air out room and it went away.

Clean facilities & room. Simple decor but “homey”. Great shower & hair/soap products. I liked that you had coffee/tea & water options in room. It was a nice little added touch. Overall I was pleased with the hotel. It was conveniently located to where I needed to go.

The only real “complaint” was that the mattress was a bit too hard for me having a bad back. I also would have liked brighter lighting capabilities in the bathroom for hair drying etc. The hanger area was a bit high for someone on the shorter side at 5”. I could reach but was awkward.

Clean, responsive, large room with comfortable beds, friendly staff & pool (small pool, but warm and clean)

The decor vibe was a mix of minimalistic and hip bachelor pad - fun in some ways but kind if soul-less
