We had forgotten breakfast was included, but when we dropped off the key cards at the office, the clerk reminded us that breakfast was included. We had bagels & cream cheese and orange juice, which was wonderful. It was also very convenient having the sports bar on premises which is where we had our dinner.

I had trouble figuring out how the shower turned on. I think perhaps a sign in the bathroom could be helpful.

Very pleasant reception and new owner introduced himself. Office was in constant contact with my friend, and provided assistance, directions, information, and even transportation! (Location was great, parking was never an issue, restaurant right next door, Dunkin just on the other side.

Could have used some renovations/updates, but not a deal-breaker. Stayed here in 2005, my first Boston Marathon. The previous owners appear to have run it into disrepair. The new owners are working steadily to make improvements, so I am more than happy to be tolerant and accepting. Friend's room was very nice, mine is one that will take some time to improve. But after 15 years living the Marine Corps life in the field, it was pretty luxurious to me! I will definitely plan on returning to this location if my travels bring me back to this area!

Breakfast was Continental breakfast all that I need bagel, danish, coffee, juice, cereal, and milk. Location is excellent. Property sits right on a main route

It was all that I thought it was going to be room size was excellent bathrooms very small

I had to ask for extra towels they did not clean the room. I was there for two nights, and no one answers the phone when you call downstairs.

Breakfast was adequate. Hotel was located near where we were visiting. Free WIFI was very useful.
