The room was great. Staff was great.

Room was too expensive, $286 for one night was a bit excessive. Check in time is too late at 4pm and checkout is too early at 11am. Pool hours make it so you might as well not have one. If you're going out and need a place to sleep but would like to use the pool, you can't because it's closed. There are no lifeguards on duty, even during normal hours, so the pool being closed is kind of unnecessary.

We had the best customer service. Katrina, April, Fran and another gal I think her name was Karlie and James at the dining area all were so professional and friendly. James kept the dining area so clean and all the food was great. He even helped an elderly gentleman thar came in a bit late and made sure he was taken care of. Absolutely the best customer service !!!

The pool was nice but could have been warmer.

The staff were in touch before we arrived to ask us for anything that could do for our stay, and it only got better from there. Wonderful people, especially Tiffany. We also think the cleanliness of every part of the facility, and the design and execution of the bathrooms are exemplary. All those aspects would be great if matched by the 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe!

Nothing, really. It would be great if the setting were bucolic and like the Scots Highlands or our home in Maine, but then we never would have stayed here, at the junction of the Mass Pike and Route 495!

Breakfast was good, plenty of choices.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, and while there was a notice in the room saying it would only be cleaned on alternate days, nothing was done at all We felt that at least the trash could have been emptied and the towels renewed during our time there.

I did not bother with breakfast, facilities are nice bed could have been more comfortable. After all it is really what I am buying

The spacious bathroom with multiple hooks on the wall to hang your clothes/towels, and the folded tower/toilet paper flower was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed.

The heater/AC unit is noisy (it turns on every now and then). The room is smaller than expected. And a sliding door with no lock for the bathroom door... strange setup

I was moving out of state and the location was perfect. It was an emotional time for me and both April and Tiffany were among the best I have experienced in this business in a very long time. The attention they gave me during my stay was more than professional, it was very caring.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t “like”, could have been “cooler” in the lobby and elevator

Clean and comfy

Need french vanilla creamers for coffee. I mean $157 a night you can spring for $5 creamers...lol. Need microwave in room. The coffee maker in room is virtually unaccessible. Nice laundry bag in elevator.

Staff was very accommodating and professional, hotel was quiet, clean room, comfortable bed

The breakfast was a bit below average for Hampton Inn and the free wifi was terrible, but that tends to be the case at most Hilton properties, property is older style

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and had several options. The pool was smaller than expected but it was warm.

The sliding bathroom farmhouse style door was awful. There was no way to lock the door and either side had about a 2-3 inch gap. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Wish there was a microwave in the room instead of a snack drawer
