Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant /bar. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Many varied options and very clean and organized. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely stay here again if I come back to this area.

Parking was a bit far from the hotel and needed to carry my heavy bags to my car. Was a bit confusing which door to come in/go out with my luggage and so I ended up walking pretty far with my heavy luggage. Also had trouble figuring out how to get to my room (303) from the back parking lot. I ended up needing to go back out and around to the front and in again/up elevator to find my room. Other than that, the stay was absolute perfection .

Stayed here before. We really like the location and the breakfast and especially the staff! It is very convenient for my dog as well. I want to thank the desk attendant Jessica for all her help with various issues. She was terrific!!

I made an error in reserving a room with a kitchen without realizing the room would overlook the restaurant area which I was concerned about my dog barking. So I asked to move to a room on other side of hotel. That room smelled very musty and had very noisy air vent that interfered with sleeping.

I booked a double room suite for my wife, my son and myself and we stayed over for two nights. The suite was extremely spacious enough for the three of us. Each room had it's own television. The couch contained a pullout bed if we needed a third bed. The pool and jacuzzi was extremely clean and I liked that this area required key card access. The provided breakfast was great and I really liked the made to order omelet bar. I did also enjoy the options at the oatmeal bar. We did take advantage of the restaurant within the hotel and the food was excellent. The staff including the kitchen staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. We did also enjoy the vast array of cuisines nearby, fast food, Italian, Japanese, Indian. There is a supermarket right next door as well if you need access to one. The hotel seemed to be more for business as I did not see many children there but I don't view that as an issue, that's just more of a heads up for anyone booking this room for business. There are multiple places to relax and read or utilize your laptop. Very comfortable hotel.

In the grand scheme of everything I liked, the only thing I would consider changing is access to a freezer within the fridge. This is not a big enough of a deal to lower my rating or not stay here but just more of an FYI to families booking the restaurant. Navigating the building can be a little tricky as we had a room on the 3rd floor and the hotel has two different third floors, we originally went to the wrong one. You may want to consider printing and handing out floor plans to guests that also signify pool location, restaurant location, ice machine location and all elevator locations. I was able to find these by walking around the entire facility but some type of visual representation would have helped.

Clean easy to navigate

The pool and sauna was chaos went their at about 8:15 Pm on Saturday. Kids jumping into the hot tub left and right. Kids pushing each other in the pool. That’s how someone gets hurt. Fortunately no one was hurt but adult in charge didn’t do a good job managing the kids. And I’m trying to relax in hot tub couldn’t go in their cuz kids constantly jumping in and out. Maybe let adults know that kids shouldn’t do that. Ruins it for everyone especially ur solar travelers trying to unwind. After a long day of coaching basketball.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! We had a problem with room temperature and someone came up as soon as I called and took care of the problem. The setup for walking my dog was perfect because I didn't have to go through the main lobby every time. Breakfast was delicious.

The only problem we had was that the room toilet was very low. It is difficult for older people to get up from such a low seat. The food I ordered from the restaurant wasn't very good. I wouldn't order from them again.

we took our breakfast to our room, no covers for drinks and no tray. i did have to ask for butter, which ended up being hard after a long wait and no ketchup parents didnt pay attention to kids in the pool, were allowed to run, jump, splash and scream. no map of the facility so you knew were everything was, had to ask, would not have found the pool in the basement otherwise

I appreciated the early check-in and the cute little gift left for my daughter's birthday. The suite was spacious and all around pretty clean. We had fun in the fitness center and loved the breakfast and reception snacks.

A couple things surprised me given the rest of the hotel was so great. The pool/hot tub was gross. There were chunks of hair. I can understand that at the end of the night but we went shortly after opening and found a chunk in the hot tub, which tells me no one was using a net to clean up. The shower head was slimy, went to twist the knob for different pressures and just gross. Opened the blanket from the closet and it had a mildew smelling water stain. Oh and the game room...at least half the time our money was eaten and I think it'd be better served with one or two 'working' games or even just a different type of game room as they were all outdated or didn't work.

Like most Hilton properties, this was a super-organized, clean, and well-run hotel. The suite we booked was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly. We took advantage of the gym and the laundry facilities.

It was expensive. We booked 30 miles outside of Boston to save a little money, but it was still expensive. Room service was overwhelmed and messed up our order, but we didn't return the food or complain. We were starving LOL.

Breakfast is insanely good! pool was decent and had good hours. really nice rooms. very helpful staff.

I don't know why Massachusetts hotels are so expensive, but was pretty high priced. laundry was expensive too. getting in and out of the property is pretty tricky. (one way exit and make a u-turn in a mall parking lot)

The Hot and Cold Breakfest was amazing so many options to choose. The rooms were so adequate with a Living Room and Separate Bedroom where the two queen beds were.

There was a problem with extra charges to my daughters credit card. It took them a long time to correct the problem before we left.
