I have been visiting Hudson frequently this past year and have made this hotel my home away from home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I have taken the time to meet each of them. The front desk staff is always attentive to my needs and helpful with suggestions. It is conveniently located off 495 and has the Highland Commons shopping across the street. I recommend that when visiting Hudson or nearby areas give this hotel the opportunity.

If there is something you don't like just ask and they will try to accommodate if possible.

The breakfast station is open from 6-9am. There is a variety starting with pancakes, sausages, eggs, cereal and bread etc. Iris which was the young lady attending was attentive and made sure there was always food. Get to know the staff. I had to solve some family issues, and the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond. Jovita, Igor, Marta, Lorena, Cynthia, Bayron, G, Marco to name a few. I have been traveling to Hudson, MA for the last year. I chose this hotel because it was near the places I have to visit. I must admit there are more options but once you get to know the people you will be a repeat customer.

I am very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. There is nothing that I do not like about the hotel.

Have made this my go to hotel for the past year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Needed to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating. Know the employees by name and they also make an effort to make sure I am well taken care of. Nearby you can find a shopping center. Easy access to interstate.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.

I am a type 2 diabetic. Now I realize the breakfast is complimentary, however there were no options that were sugar free. I was unable to have anything other than coffee and an apple for breakfast. I wish hotels would address this issue.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The overall building and grounds were very untidy. The breakfast was more than enough. My particular room had very very low water pressure and a hole in the bathroom door?

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Newly painted room. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly, even at 1 am when we were checking in. Very easy to find right off the freeway.

The coffee maker didn’t work.

The mini omelets were phenomenal! Very comfortable bed. Super clean room. Friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more on a boring business trip. Possibly a functioning vehicle charger out back? Thanks for a great stay.

Breakfast is good. Always plenty. Includes eggs, sausage, fruits, coffee, pancakes and a little more. Shout out to Cinthia and Jovita and the rest of the staff. They always greet me with a smile.

They was doing some remodeling but you couldn’t tell other than dumpster in parking lots

The check-in guy was wonderful, gave us great recommendations for dinner and seemed to really like his job. Check-out guy wasn't as pleasant.

It smelled a little in hallways like maybe someone was cooking in their room.
