The AC Hotel in Worcester is a very modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of the town. I stayed there to visit one of the Universities, and all my destinations in and around town very easily reached from the hotel. The hotel has a garage which turned out to be a Godsend as it unexpectedly snowed at night. Moreover, the hotel serves an exceptionally reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Personally, I preferred the weekday selection to the American breakfast on the weekend, but both served enough options for everyone to be well fed in the end. The room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom, a desk, and couch.

There was only limited space to hang clothing which might be an issue if you are there for a longer business stay. As in most hotels, the lighting wasn't great either. Even with all lights on, it wasn't the best reading atmosphere in the evening.

The breakfast was good, very good in most respects. The coffee was good and abundant. The OJ was good. The eggs, bacon and sausage were good and the cheese and cold cuts were very good. The room and other facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The wi-fi was weak and unreliable. That was the only real problem. The bread at breakfast was decent but not delicious and there wasn't much fresh fruit.

Beautiful building and room. Staff was top notch. Check in guy made me feel like a special valued guest.

Food(breakfast) in dining room was just not good. Scrambled eggs were weird texture. Sausage was like budget brand frozen. Coffee was decent though. Also there was only one coffee pod in room. Quickly rectified by a call to front desk. More were delivered in minutes.

A very good, modern, clean and friendly hotel. Everything was good. The room was clean and well designed. Coffee maker, safe, a fine shower. Friendly effective staff. 24/7 coffee, which was important for me because I had jet lag. I was up at midnight. There was coffee and a wonderfully comfortable, bright lobby. The breakfast was good.

We were going to a show at the DCU Center and the location of the hotel was perfect! Right down the street.

So it was a little disappointing that the hotel bar isn’t open late. We arrived around at the hotel around 2 pm; went to a show at the DCU center and came back to the hotel at 9:15 pm and we wanted to have a drink before heading up to room but the bar was closed.

It was very modern and easy to access to the Hanover Theater. The bathroom was awesome and the shower was fantastic.

The bed was clean but the sheets were not crisp and I did find someone else’s long hair on the coverlet which was a bit alarming. For the price, the sheets should feel like brand new sheets. They were worn. The bed was very soft. I think it needed a new mattress also.

Super clean and comfy beds

No breakfast. We expected to have breakfast, that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. But when we came down they were running very late and had nothing out to eat- not even muffins or juice for my daughter. We were on a tight schedule and had to find a coffee shop elsewhere and pay more out of pocket.

I like the staff. Super helpful. I like that the size of the rooms are HUGE! the beds are comfortable and water pressure was great. I think their breakfast spread was great but I wasnt up to it.

Their rooms are huge but its not homey. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels due to my work but this one was too flat. Not cozy at all. Not anyones fault I would say.

The room was comfortable and most importantly for us, accessible. The very wide bathroom door allowed us easy access with my husband's wheelchair. We were able to navigate past and around the bed with it too.

Lighting? The main room is kind of dark. Also, the TV screen seemed dark. And, you could use higher toilet seats for accessibility and also grab bars.

Great location to see a show. Staff was great. All of them ! The hotel had their own bar which was convenient. There was also some food at the bar. Limited menu but enough to satisfy.

No real complaints. A pool would have been nice. I wish I would have asked for a room with a view. Coffee could be stronger in the kitchen
